I get it it's busy, but the least you can do is get my coffee correct. Usually a sticker is placed on the coffee, mine did not. The bagel I received was not toasted, just slapped a chuck of cream cheese in the middle. . My coffee has cream not milk. This happens over and over at this particular dunks. You guys can do better.

The Naples (Route 302) crowd was absolutely OUTSTANDING today (Sat, 8/5). There was a lot of people lined up at Drive-Thru, in house, and on-line orders were a plenty on the shelf. Great customer service behind the counter. Not sure who was handling Drive-Thru, but she was super friendly handing customers their orders and making fun conversations with them all. Just a great experience. Great job Naples!!!!

Stopped in and the atmosphere was so positive and upbeat. The service was prompt & the coffee was delicious. All in all a great experience!

I was driving through town and stopped to grab a quick breakfast. Best customer service I have had in general in a long time. I believe the person's name is jazz, very sweet and definitely radiates so many good vibes. Don't lose her she's a gem!

Very upset today I am pregnant so I order decaf iced coffee with whip cream and the peppermint flavor I was told they can’t do that and never do whip on iced decaf and I have gotten it there for the past 4 days. I’m pregnant and can’t have the iced latte so I made it decaf iced and added whip cream to at least get my fix. Very upset at the customer service I had today with that gentleman and the attitude he used with me…

Honestly, probably the nicest staff at a Duncans in a long long time. And the coffee was good too.

Unfortunately they were very short staffed.. Yet friendly.. My first time at this location.. Anew establishment.. So very clean..

This place is so busy during tourist peak. Plain Crullers sell out probably at 6am The team is awesome, and extremely busy. Usually they forget an item from your order. For me...90% of the time, Its to be expected, they really are swamped in the mornings. Road getting in is dangerous, some days the drive through hangs out into the street and the wait is coming from both side, and people driving into napals, will never give you a break to get in the lot, they speed up. Maybe they should open another dunks across the street in the summer!

It's a very clean very busy in the summer Dunkin. Food was fresh out of preparation and delicious!

Naples, Maine location is my usual morning stop. I order ahead on the app for quick grab and go service. Staff is always super friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat!

Basically the only Dunkin that's decent in a 20 minute++ radius.

Pumpkin Iced Coffee made just the way I like it...Perfect on a warm Fall day....Dunkin's has never let me down.
