The food was very good. The time to get food was too long. Our waiter from last night , the 20th was not attentive , failed to have some dishes cleared, wine glasses cleared, and had to be asked to refresh water and hailed to get another drink order. The restaurant didn’t appear to be busy. Shula’s was one of my favorite steak houses, but no longer.This was a birthday celebration with special guests. We live in Naples 12 months a year,

Most of my meals were for breakfast because the restaurant is attached to the Hilton. They were good overall. My waffle was more cold than hot but the chicken was right out of the flyer. For a place with high standards I would of like to seen a better breakfast potato. Mass produced little chunks is not what I expected. Happy hour deals are decent. I did like the cake and soufflé. Watch your billing. New staff making mistakes.

Stephanie at the bar was great. The French Onion soup was very good and their Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad was fantastic. Grilled chicken was perfect.

LOVED this restaurant! Shula’s doesn’t fail to impress! Came here last night for a family get together and we were all very pleased. We had a reservation at 7pm and got seated right away. The staff was quick to help accommodate my baby’s car seat at the table. Our server, John, was all you could ask for in a waiter! John provided great friendly service and helped a lot when we had any questions about the menu. From appetizers to desert, all of the food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself has great decor and ambiance. Definitely recommend! I’ll be coming back for sure :)

Had a reservation an hour ago. Seated almost 30 minutes after our reservation. Another 15 plus minutes to be greeted by our server, but apparently he's "very busy", so another server who "wasn't doing anything" took over. Had to remind him that someone had committed to bringing some bread and butter. He finally brought bread and butter but no plates. The restaurant is nearly empty, but the service is still horrendous.

Food was amazing and the service was great especially from the young lady Jessica very friendly, I do recommend this place for any meal of the day you will come back.

Friday night I was at the Wine Tasters of Naples Super Happy Hour held monthly at the Naples Hilton lobby, catered by Shula's. First of all the food provided by Shula's was delicious and innovatively served. I'd like to give a special shout out to General Manager Gary Whidden, event manager Courtney, and bartender extraordinaire - Nate! Shula's is a local treasure to our community. Another shout out to our fabulous entertainer - Aura - for keeping us dancing and having a blast!

Billy was awesome. Loved the ambiance and food. Manager was active in making sure diners enjoyed the experience. High end without being stuffy and pretentious. Steak and lobster was delicious. Inside the Hilton so very nice. Check it out, worth the drive from Ft Myers.

Only dined at the restaurant. My 1st time eating here and it was a great intimate experience. Complimentary Valet parking. Quiet setting. The server was nice! Explained the wine options by the glass or bottle. The food was really good. Let me say my favorite dish was the salad OMG! It is based with a tomato jam that is delicious with the blue chess dressing, my salad was amazing but I couldn’t finish it. I ordered the Cajun steak which is I think 10oz…I’m not a big steak eater at all so I only ate 1-2 oz if that, definitely couldn’t finish the whole thing. My companion finished it a few days later for me. We ordered the broccoli and cheese and spinach as side dishes, which were a tasty addition to the main course. To finish it off I had to order the apple cobbler which is cooked to order and takes about 30mins…it was absolutely delicious and you cannot eat it by yourself. It was too sweet to eat in 1 night as well, so after 1-2 scoops with a little ice cream I was done! Overall excellent 5 star dining experience🤗

Even a Jets fan can enjoy a Shula experience. All jokes aside had a great time. Maureen was phenomenal. We were treated with exceptional service, the steak was great! We would and will be back.

Went for Valentine’s Day. The appetizers and drinks were good. I was disappointed because I wanted a ribeye, but they only had a Cajun spiced ribeye. I didn’t want a Cajun ribeye. I just wanted a regular ribeye, but they couldn’t do it so I just got the filet mignon and lobster tail. They were good though. The other choice was a bone-in for ribeye for $90. Ridiculous. No thank you. The Brussels sprouts were great. Had chocolate cake at the end and it was also tasty. It took a long time for the food, but what can you expect on Valentine’s Day? We’ve been here before and it’s always good.

It was a wonderful experience Would recommend it highly. My steak was cooked to perfection.. Being a die hard Miami Dolphins fan it was wonderful to see all the wonderful pics on the wall of the players he was coached back in The Undefeated when I used to sit on the 50-yard line on every home game it was one of my wonderful highlights in my life I would definitely go back to his restaurant again the atmosphere was wonderful the food was great

What a disappointment… We went to celebrate our anniversary and it was terrible. The table we were offered was in the middle of a very crowded room. We waited for ten minutes and could tell the place was overcrowded and service was lacking. Everyone around us looked frustrated. We decided to get up and leave. Once we did another table applauded us and said it was a smart decision as they were waiting two hours for lobster tails. They had a back room packed full of people and I assume they were overcrowded. Totally unacceptable. We went to Capital Grille and had a phenomenal experience. We won’t be back.

Don't go anywhere else for steak 🥩. The potatoes Au gratin excellent. The bearnaise sauce perfect. The bar has everything. The wine list unmatched. Selection of fine whiskey finest anywhere. Crab cakes succulent. Key lime pie the best in Florida. Served most recently by Carlos, positively supreme service.

We went on Valentine’s Day, which we have found to be busy and service lacking at other places. Not here! Service was impeccable and everything was how you would expect it on any other day. Food was good (note, order your steak a level more rare than you normally would). They were eager to take care of us which you don’t find everywhere these days.

I'm not a professional critic, just a local pastor who loves Jesus, my community ... and food - so let's say grace and dig in at Shula's Steak House! Shula's Steak House At A Glace: Price: $$$ Food: Very good. All quality ingredients, cooked to order. Service: Excellent. Friendly, prompt and personable. Very accommodating. Atmosphere: Upscale classic steak house. Bottom Line: Shula's is fine dining in an upscale, but cozy environment and a great alternative to the busier restaurants in local hotspots. Shula's Steak House - Full Sermon This was not our first visit to Shula's, so we knew what to expect. Most would probably recommend wearing business casual attire here, but I wore my weekday uniform made up of shorts, a polo shirt and Oofos and no one looked at me sideways. As much as I enjoy the restaurants in this area of Naples at Mercato and Waterside closeby, sometimes I like to get away from the crowds, especially for lunch during the work week. It tends to be quieter here and feels more cozy and relaxing, dispite having a upscale, classic feel - lots of hardwood everywhere and nice oversized chairs. The service is always consistently excellent - prompt, personable and passionate about what they do. While not a "5 star" restaurant in a technical sense, it feels close - or at least like they're trying, complete with crumbing down the table. The food is always great. I've had the burger in the past, so I got the reuben this time. Out of the two, I'd recommend the burger - the reuben was good, but not the best I've had in the area - my wife got the burger and I have to admit that I coveted it. It is a blend of black angus, short rib & brisket, so it has a unique flavor and consistency. My daughter ordered the lobster bisque and salmon - she said the salmon was excellent and the bisque was pretty much on par with her favorites at Ocean Prime and M Grille. Bottom Line: Shula's is fine dining in an upscale, but cozy environment and a great alternative to the busier restaurants in local hotspots.

Came for a birthday dinner. Food was absolutely a joke. Salmon was dry, asparagus had zero flavor and the mash taste better at apple bees. As a Naples and high end connoisseur of clothes and food I am highly upset about this 200$ Bill because I literally got nothing but a drink. I do not recommend. Sorry but not sorry. For this to be considered a high end restaurant it should be considered a low end. Also unprofessional serving not mention price or what’s being including. Highway robbery in a sense, but hey I guess they needed the 200$ Bad. I will never return to this establishment.

Visited this restaurant while on vacation. We really liked the atmosphere, and our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. The NY strip steak was delicious and cooked perfectly medium rare like I asked, and the pan-seared salmon was also incredibly good. The chocolate layer cake was phenomenal as well. It wasn't overly sweet, and it was still very rich. I will say that we definitely didn't like the mashed potatoes; however, everything else easily made up for it. We would definitely eat here again the next time we're in Naples.

Pretty pricey but the food was phenomenal. Lobster bisque with large lobster chunks and bread were a highlight. My steak was cooked perfectly and the truffle butter was worth the addition. Friendly service, too. Would definitely go back for a special occasion

So highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the kitchen staff as well as Frank the assistant manager. This isn’t the first time but the second time they messed up my order. Ordered a cheeseburger and requested only bacon and cheese. The host was wonderful and a server even stepped in to discuss this issue. I will be in contact with the general manager to discuss this issue further as I think the kitchen staff should not be working if they do not know how to follow directions.

Steak was amazing and so were the sides we shared asparagus, mushrooms, potatoes au gratin, however we had 3 deserts and I had the Soufflé and it was awful like really bad; which they are hard to make but on top of that we waited like an hour after dinner for desert… we all thought they had forgot to make the soufflé’ and then it was like another half and hour to get the final check. Besides this the service was excellent our server was helpful, kind, & friendly. I feel like there was just some bad timing and dresser at the end but this could be a 5 star and I will for sure try again ;)

We had a great meal. We were underdressed so they sat us at the bar. The wedge salad was amazing. The steaks were good and our server was good
