Great restaurant in downtown Naples. They have been open for a very long time and have a large local following. The menu was diverse and the food was excellent. Danielle was our sever and she was super friendly and attentive.

PROS: 1.) Ample outdoor seating in a convenient location on 5th Ave. 2.) Very quick service. CONS: 1.) My wife ordered a seafood pasta and got food poisoning from it. 2.) Pasta was overcooked. 3.) Service was on par with a place like Applebee’s. Kinda felt like they didn’t have any pride in what they were serving. We had to make same-day reservations for dinner so I guess I got what I deserved. The prices were reasonable or perhaps a bit high considering the the competition in this part of town is fierce. Go here if you’re looking for a quick bite and everywhere else is already booked up.

Food was great, service too. We got the pork chop, beef risotto, brie appetizer and brussel sprouts which had a unique flare. The ambiance is a little tired.

My time here was great, accompanied by wonderful service, fantastic atmosphere and top tier quality food there weren't any qualms had all night. What an outstanding establishment of elevated dining. The wagyu ribeye was on point, delicious and filling, along with some mushroom risotto cooked to perfection created a symphony of flavors and an overall exceptional dining experience.

Bistro 821 is a great place to enjoy the 5th Avenue ambiance, especially eating outside on the sidewalk. Italian cuisine with lots of seafood options. The dishes are expertly prepared, and there presentation is excellent. Prices are reasonable, and the service is attentive.

This is the second time I came here and the experience was just as good as the first. We ordered calamari and some salads to start. The pretzel bread to begin with was delish. For my main meal I got the gluten free shrimp risotto which was to die for and the portion size was great. The rest of the party got fish, lobster and steak. Thank you Angela for being a great server and Grace for being a great manager!! Grace was walking around all night making sure everything went smooth! I can’t wait to come back next time I visit.

We had the most wonderful meal here. Salmon and sea bass were outstanding. Cooked perfectly. Great service, really lovely atmosphere, and delicious food. What more could you ask for? Well, service above and beyond when a personal item fell down the sink. Jason was so wonderful to rescue it with great attitude and a smile. In the middle of dinner service! I will happily return to this fine restaurant, its excellent menu and outstanding staff.

We had a very nice evening at Bistro 821. The meals were very good especially the Chilean sea bass. The drinks were good and the service by Matt was excellent. The atmosphere and decor is okay given that it is 5th Avenue and some other spots might seem more upscale but overall a very nice experience with good food.

Had reservations & came early to sit at the bar for happy hour. Our bartender Jon was so fantastic we decided to give up our table to eat at the bar. Great drinks & atmosphere! Highly recommend the sea bass & anything Jon recommends.

Fabulous place! Service is top notch and food is done perfectly👏🏻Started with a Bistro Cosmo which was balanced nicely, moved on to the Bistro salad with Gorgonzola cheese😋 ( I could have ordered the full size and been done - so good!), dinner was the seafood risotto and it was cooked beautifully with a generous amount of seafood. Sat outside and we all enjoyed a crisp cool night but with the heaters it was cozy! Looking forward to my next visit🥰

Our party of 5 were able to get seats at bar for happy hour- lucky for us the other restraunt we had reservations for messed up and couldn't accommodate us! What a happy accident!! Conner and Jon provided an awesome experience with skillfully crafted drinks and excellent appetizer, entree and dessert recommendations- they provided top notch service, food was delicious! We tried calamari, spring rolls, crab dip, sea bass, Parmesan encrusted sole, key-lime creme brûlée and white mousse chocolate sunday 🏆 Kudos to Bistro 821

Wanted to try somewhere new, so we ventured in here. The hostess was super friendly. The menu was nice. We ordered some apps before the main meal. The calamari and goat cheese spring rolls were great. Very unique dipping sauces with both, which were so good. Our main meals tasted very good as well. The only downfall was our server. He was NOT very friendly or good. He never even asked how any of our food was. Looking around the restaurant, it was just him. All the other servers gave amazing service.

2 for dinner we split the bubbly crab dip as an appetizer; it was awesome. I got the Pella it was really good and a huge portion. My daughter had the strip steak and it was also very good (she liked it better than her dry aged strip steak at chops the night before/ w High was also good) the fries had cigarettes on them which we weren’t expecting and the waiter hit plain ones right away and they did not charge; I still had some of the truffle vinaigrette ones ☺️ over all the service, atmosphere, and food were all great!

Bustling atmosphere, beautiful space, delicious cocktails! The snapper entree stole the show! Our waiter was excellent but had a large party, so our wine did not arrive at our table until after our salad course was finished. Also, the crispy ahi tuna roll left something to desire…and that something was tuna! We will return and are excited to try out new items along with the snapper again.

Best happy hour in Naples!!! Looked up this business while visiting Naples on business. They have an incredible bar bite menu and killer cocktail list. Great way to kick off an evening in 5th ave.

This place has now turned into our favorite restaurant in Naples. Every experience we’ve had here has been fabulous. Truly delicious high quality food. Large portions. Amazing happy hour. Very knowledgeable bar staff (Connor can create anything - he’s superb). It’s the first place we take any visitors we have and our #1 go to!

Had a great meal with our family here. Drinks were outstanding, food and service were, too. The mussels appetizer was perhaps the best version we've ever had - the sauce + the root vegetables were just awesome, and very unique. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Bravo.

Had a reservation on fifth, was delayed and found my way to this restaurant. Had a few drinks at the bar that ended in me and my friends cancelling our reservation and continuing our night at bistro 821. The bar by far was the best service I have ever encountered. To the 2 bartenders Jon and Connor! Amazing amazing! This is now my favorite place in all of Naples. I can’t even begin to tell you the customer service and time you will have at this bar. It’s safe to say I will be back!

SERVICE We were in Naples in a whim and didn’t make reservations. Luckily we arrived when they opened and were seated immediately. Our server Lauren was attentive and informative. FOOD We started with the crab dip, it’s so good you won’t be able to stop eating. If the tortilla chips were slightly less thick this appetizer would have been perfection. My BF made his own combo with Chilean sea bass (sweet and flavorful), jumbo shrimp (slight spiciness that contrasts nicely with the sweetness of the sea bass), brocolini, mushroom risotto (A+). I had the Atlantic salmon (perfectly seared and med-rare), miso glazed Brussels sprouts (flavorful and done well, no bitterness), and goat cheese potatoes cakes. My boyfriend couldn’t stop eating the goat cheese potato cakes, he said he wanted that for breakfast with eggs. ALCOHOL He had a Ready or Not which is like a mule with earl grey infused vodka, ginger beer, and angostura bitters, he said it was light, refreshing, and dangerously good.

Loved it! Loved It! Loved it! We were celebrating My Honey's Birthday 🎂 and this was a suggestion on Open Table. And We couldn't have been more pleased! We dined outside, our waiter was one of the friendliest I've seen in a while. We ordered the special of the night: TOMAHAWK STEAKS with all the fixin's. The cocktails were good, and the desserts topped off the night.. They even brought the Birthday Boy a special hello and a free dessert!
