I think It's a 3 star hotel but I give them an extra because they deserve it. So cleaned, quiet and peaceful staff! The price is amazing and the Hotel is close to most commodities including transport.

Located near the train station, the hotel has two Lawson convenience stores nearby. You can find coin laundry and ice maker on different floors, and it is wonderful that the hotel provides shuttle service to the airport terminal (timing to check with counter staff). The rooms are spacious. Although it feels slightly dated, they are clean. Service by the staff was great.

Location - A station away from Narita airport, just the perfect first/last stop in Japan where Narita offer the best introduction or summary for your trip to Japan, a well worth stop. - Hotel just right beside JR and Keisei Narita station with walking streets for guest to stroll around, offering plenty of eateries and a temple further up. Rooms - Much larger than what you will expect in central Tokyo. - Comfortable and clean to reenergise your trip. Service - Staffs command good english and are hospitable. - We had our luggage courier from other cities and upon arrival, we already find the luggage in our room. - Free airport transfer available, just book your seat earlier at the lobby counter and arrive airport in just 20min. - Breakfast is decent.

Strikes me as a business hotel among Japanese, but it's a great stopover hotel for tourists who arrive in Japan late and need a hotel. Friendly, English speaking staff, decent breakfast, and walking distance from the train station, even with luggage. Will bookmark this hotel for future visits, definitely.

I flew into Narita airport with my three children in the late afternoon. I wanted something close to the airport so that I could get tired children to bed. The hotel was a short and easy train ride from the airport and the hotel is a very quick walk from the train station. The room was comfortable and spotless and check in was quick and easy. The next morning we were refreshed and ready to start our travels in Japan.

Much better than Hilton Narita. The location was really nice. Cherry trees are near the hotel. A walking distance to a mid size Aeon town mall. However Hilton is pretty far from a mega shopping mall. You need to take a hotel shuttle bus every time. This Richmond hotel is close to Narita Station having plenty of restaurants. Hilton charges 13% service charge even though you never receive a special service. This Richmond hotel never charges the crazy amount service fee. Staffs hospitality is better than Hilton. Room is a moderate size and clean. Good enough to desk work with my lap top on the large desk. Bed and pillow are better than Hilton I felt. The Hilton 13% service fee looks very ridiculous!!!

Comfortable and great stay with friendly staff! We appreciated that there was a coin laundry and that it was within walking distance from the train station!

Near to station, free morning bus to airport (train could be a bit quicker). Well equipped room and bath. Quiet. Full buffet breakfast. Narita worth visiting day or night.

The hotel boasts a prime location near Aeon Town Mall, featuring a spacious Max Value Supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and a convenient food court. Additionally, within a mere 50 meters, you'll find three well-stocked convenience stores. For travelers catching early morning flights, a taxi stand situated just outside APA Hotel is a mere minute's walk away, providing seamless transportation. The hotel staff is renowned for their helpfulness and courtesy, and many guests are attracted to the complimentary airport transfer service, which commences at 6:45 am.

Conveniently located to reach Narita airport. The shuttle is a great way to get there and is very practical - it's available on check-in on a first come, first served basis. The rooms are spacious and practical, not particularly special but what you would expect with a little bit of extra space. I would come back.

Small rooms but close to the airport only one train station away from the airport

I chose this hotel because its price is quite affordable compared to other hotels and it is close to Narita Airport. The room is spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and the room has many amenities that may not be found in a 3-star hotel. The hotel also provides free bus transportation to Narita airport. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

No complains whatsoever about this place.Clean and modern. you can get all you need within walking distance. It is modern and clean. I stayed only for a night to catch an early flight next morning, not to enjoying Narita city. One thing I wanna notice to all travelers coming to Narita city is that the famous particular area of Narita temple and nearby shops that you saw in the youtube are all closed in the night time. It is dead and dark. However, there are a plenty of restaurants and pubs around train stations(Both JR and Keisei) after the dark though.

Functional but comfortable hotel close to the airport. The rooms are slightly small with bland decor. The bathtub is smaller too but the shower had good pressure with hot water. All the usual amenities provided - razor, toothbrush, pyjamas, etc. It's about 5-10 minutes walk downhill from JR Narita station. They have a free airport shuttle to Narita but only ten spaces per bus can be reserved (there are more spaces though presumably for last minute additions) and it seems to run about once per hour in the morning. They say seats are first come first served.

I was only here for one night to rest up before catching a flight the next morning. For the amount paid, I think this is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan. The location is superb, just outside the train station, and a stop from the airport. There's a lot of good restaurants around the area. The room is comfortable, bigger than your normal cookie cutter Japanese hotel. It would have been perfect if there's an indoor onsen, but I would stay here in a heartbeat the next time.

I took the complimentary shuttle from the airport and checked in at around 6 PM. The staff at the front desk was able to help me in English, and instruct me on the hotel's procedures. The premise appeared well maintained. The room was decently sized by local standards, and was neatly made. The bed was rather disappointing for a hotel that I'd booked because the online description sounded more comfortable than other local competitors. My bed was approximately equivalent to a full size US mattress, but it was rather hard. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and the bed linens and comforter were of mediocre quality. The bathroom was ok. It was clean and well stocked, but appeared a bit old. The tub was big enough for me to soak in (I'm a US women's size 18-20), so I think other moderately overweight people will still be comfortable. I was very jet lagged, so ended up I checking out at 3:30 am. Another English speaking staff member was available to assist me with check out, and was very pleasant.

Great value. Short taxi ride from the airport and even shorter by train. Our room is super clean, has everything we need ( fridge, teapot, etc) and although a bit small by US standards, is so efficiently laid out, it beats many rooms twice its size. Great mattress. Nice staff. We will be back when transiting through Narita and needing a sleep.

Clean and tidy hotel which is pretty good for the price. Well located for going around town. Rooms are on the bigger side for Japan.

Rather low end standard. Breakfast is a bento you have to pick up, rooms are at the usual business hotel bare minimum. Nothing outstanding, probably the last time I'm here

The point of a hotel is to have good rest. The biggest problem is their delivery truck at 4am. They are so loud while loading whatever they are doing. The noise rebounds off all of the other buildings. If you have your windows open you will hear this.

Great experience here during quarantine period. Stay safe and convenient place for visitors. Near to Naritasan Temple. Good service and polite receptionist.

Good access from the station. The parking lot is a tower type and you choose a car. A stylish restaurant on the first floor of the same building. Breakfast was served there in the morning. I was relieved that the corona support was perfect.
