Stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita and grabbed dinner from Sukiya, which was only a short walk away from the hotel (exit lobby turn left and Sukiya is located past 7-11). This place is sort of like a fast food joint that serves beef stir fry with japanese rice (gyoudon) and other varieties such as eel, clams, chicken and curry dishes with rice. And when I say fast food, they really prepare your food very quick. If you're eating in, walk yourself in and sit yourself either at the bar or one of the tables around the restaurant. The staff don't speak much English but the dine-in menu has English translation. When you're ready to order, press the bell (located somewhere on the table) and a waiter will come to take your order. Just point at what you want and they'll get it. You will be served complimentary roasted rice tea while you wait for your food. When served, you will be handed a receipt outlining your order. Upon completion of your meal, walk to the cashier and hand him this receipt. He'll enter the amount into the register and payment is via a self-serve machine (accepts coins and notes) and will dispense any change accordingly. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. Nothing fancy about this restaurant but provides a cheaper alternative than dining in the hotel restaurant. And on the way back to the hotel, grab some dessert or a cold drink from 7-11 (which is slightly cheaper than the Lawsons attached to the Hotel Nikka Narita.

This place is really good as it is cheap, clean and with a very good taste. My experience was excellent!! The service was excellent. The waitresses were very friendly. The food looked like the one in the picture and was really tasty. The prices are cheap and perhaps rhe only drawback is the location as it is an area that if you are a foreigner you may need google maps like I did. All in all, it is a very good place to eat traditional Japanese food.

I don’t think this shop deserve even one star. 19th June about 8:30 pm. I visited the restaurant. The leader of the restaurant was very rude to me. He is able to speak English. His name tag is 大田。He smiles to other customers but Chinese looking one. He trow the menu on the table and told me unfriendly way. I asked to talked to the manager, he said, “No manager here, get out”. I thought it might because I can’t speak Japanese so I called my BF for help. He saw I was using phone and came to me and told me “get out”. I set there for few mins. I thought it wasn’t right. So I asked for help... it’s really destroying my feeling of eating. And very hurting. I didn’t do anything why I deserve this. Don’t go to this shop, especially if you have an Chinese looking. Not worth it.

Can't give a review because when my taxi arrived at the restaurant they were closed. Google maps says they are open 24 hours. Even their website says they are open 24 hours.

I love gyudon so this place was great. But I'm just not sure how much better than a 7-eleven it is. That said, service was great, prices were great, food still tasted good so I cannot complain.

I rented a car from Toyota rent-a-car and would like to have a quick meal before long drive. Just 1 minute from Toyota. Free parking lot is available. The food is variety and they have English menu available. The taste is good. The price is very affordable. Very value to money.

Convenient, inexpensive, and easy place to dine out. Feels like American fast food kind of place.

Many tables and seats inside, good service, price is not expensive. Most menus are beef, few menus have chicken, no pork

Very clean place. Quick service and food serving is good and tasty. We had pork terikayaki and curry. The family wants to come back for dinner to try their beef sukiyaki/hot pot. Very very reasonable prices and very good value for money.

Service was satisfactory but lacked enthusiasm from the staff. The food was well prepared with the exception of the clam miso soup.

This restaurant was a life saver when we arrived in Narita airport late in the evening, had to stay in a hotel near the airport and no restaurant was open after 9 pm. We found the place by accident as it was not in Google maps at that time. The staff was friendly but they spoke only Japanese. Anyway the catalog was full of images and it was not difficult to understand everything. The food was nice and the portions were good to large for Japan.
