Stayed this hotel as a family. The service had been terrible from the first date at the front door to the date we left. No courtesies at all “except”Familymart staff and cleaning ladies. It seems they treat the flight crews better than families and locals. We chose this hotel this time because my hus used to stay due to his job (yes, he is pilot) and we didn’t really know about the area. But we will definitely not stay here again. If I can give them some advice, please show your valued customers the utmost courtesy, start by saying “Good morning sir/madame”. Very simple thing you should know. Thank you.

This hotel is very much nice and convenient for everyone . It is located near the Narita International airport, Chiba prefecture, Japan. Its service is very pleasant. The staff are very kind and helpful. They get things done quickly as well. There is a small family mart inside the hotel and one can buy food and other items from here. The rooms are big and spacious with a good sitting area and a nice TV. The bathrooms have everything you would need for your personal hygiene. There is coffee and tea. There's a hair dryer, electric kettle, and many other appliances for your convenience.

This was a great hotel! I love how from the airport they have a free shuttle to the hotel! Their dinner buffet was very good and they had a little convenience store in the lobby. The room was very clean and the staff were so nice! The garden outside the hotel has many walkways and is very beautiful. It even has a pond that has fish in it. The pool was closed but overall excellent hotel! Good job!

Good hotel, good and clean rooms, close to the airport Narita. Shuttle bus is available on fixed hours. Easy to find at the airport (Stop 26 at Terminal 2/3) and of course always on time. Rooms are small compared to standards in other countries, but quiet usual for Japanese hotel rooms. A small grocery store at the 1st level has all common goods you need for your stay. Good English speaking and pleasant employees.

I Love to stay here. Food was good, not far from - to Airport. Service was great, the english accent from front desk are wonderful. Room 638 was great, AC is very quiet just like a brand new AC. Bath tub and rest room is really clean. The furniture placing is great and the size also perfect.

I will write it on English. Very nice hotel, big and cozy. The only downside is far away from nearest town, which need bus or private car. Because of quarantine process, I was here for 2 weeks. All public facilities, except konbini are closed.

Very worn out hotel, Rooms are very small and wash room like an airline washroom ( interiors ) walls are dirty, fridge noisy. Swiming pool and fitness center facilities are old and not clean. No common area or coffee shop to sit and relax, All in all a terrible choice to make, a standard 3 start hotel is more comfortable and pleasing. Required renovation desperately.

Stayed for one night to stop for transfer to Kansai airport. Rooms good enough. Kind of isolated but has 7 eleven attached like almost all hotels in Japan. Buffet dinner available in hotel for 2400yen. Can also order from menu - like sandwich, burger, hamburg steak, curry

The place is excellent. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who decides to visit Narita, Japan. The rooms are Comfortable. Breakfast lunch and dinner served at the restaurant is top notch. A 24 hour convenience store is located right in the lobby. A currency exchange machine is also in the Bobby. ATM machine is also available. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The room was so dirty, the first we got, I found 2 big giant hairs on the pillow and bed. When we told the staff, we could change another room. This room though I still found one big hair on bed but it was very late and everyone felt tired. We just accepted it, but guess what, when I was trying to brush my teeth, I noticed the tooth brush package was already opened!!! That means it’s been used, so gross, can’t believe it happened in Japan!!!! This hotel the cleaning wasn’t done well, pretty bad in fact. Definitely don’t recommend it! If there is no star rating, I would give 0 star for this horrible experience!

Lovely restful stay. Everything very clean, nice little touches like razor, toothbrush, body scrubber. The pool and spa are closed, but you can get a voucher for the Hilton which is a 3 minute walk. There's a buffet dinner also for 4400 yen which is not going to win any Michelin stars but it's tasty, and you get unlimited soft serve icecream. Nice.

It has a minimalist room. It has a view of nature outside your window. Comes with great foods and services. Hot and cold shower with bathtub. Potable water. Clean and sanitize toilet with bidet. You can enjoy the cool breeze and beautiful sunshine of spring.

Standard hotel in Japan, even as standard level japan is very excellent. You can expect a standardized 3-star hotel service. They even have ice and microwave. Cleanliness is perfect. However, THE PILLOWS AND THE BED ARE THE WORST. I went out to 5 different hotels during our tour, and I have difficulty sleeping due to very hard pillows. Each bed has 1 memory foam pillow + 1 sofa pillow + 1 normal pillow. The pillows are so so uncomfortable. Air conditioner is not cold enough, too. (I went there on mid April 2023).

My family enjoyed our 1-night stay. Excellent bathroom amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Punctual hotel bus late-night pick-up from the train station and early morning drop-off at the airport. Will consider this hotel again for future first flights out of Narita airport.

We had an overnight layover on our way to the Philippines and wanted to stay near Narita Airport. And we came across Hotel Mystays Premier! First, super affordable especially since we weren't there very long. The hotel also comes with a free shuttle to and from Narita Airport and was super reliable and service was amazing. Second, check in was easy! The front desk agents who checked us in and out both spoke English and very welcoming after our 13 hour flight. Next, our room had everything we needed. Granted it was small compared to what we are used to in America, but bed was comfortable, big TV, and bathroom was clean. There was also so many amenities to get us all freshened up before our next international flight! The hotel has a few outlets like restaurants and a Family Mart. We didn't go to the restaurant but Family Mart was great. We needed to buy a few things and they had lots of travel sized products. The area also felt very safe. We walked about 20 minutes to a restaurant and felt OK walking to it! Overall, great hotel, great service and we recommend it especially for a layover stay.

Very good hotel to stay for a night when changing flights. It is not directly by the Narita airport but a free shuttle bus will pick you up from terminal 1 and terminal 2. Transport from/to the airport taks approximately 10-15min and is very convenient. Hotel itself is ok. Big lobby, a lot of facilities for business. Holiday travelers may find it useful to use a convenient store or a coin-laundry. We were able to leave our luggage for a few days when we traveled to Okinawa. Hotel staff speaks perfect English which is also appreciated.

10 min to the airport. Highly recommended! Good in-room amenities/toiletries, you almost not required to unpacked if you're not a fuzzy ones 😉 A multi USB phone fast charger and full toiletries with facial wash, toner, lotion (for him & her), etc (see photo) and pyjamas for the guests

Stayed here for one night before we travel back to indonesia via narita airport. The hotel was clean and i love the wifi speed here. The souvenir shop also cheap and affordable. Love the breakfast even they dont have a muslim friendly menu but they try their best to give us food that is olay for muslim to eat

Lobby, lift and hotel corridor look new, but the spacious hotel room is a little old. A/C isn't working as the staff said its centralised. Requested for a fan but not available. As I am writing this right now, I am trying to fall asleep in a warm and poorly ventilated room. Wish me luck! By the way, there's a family mart in the lobby which is a plus!

Nice hotel, decent price, decent location. Shuttles will take you to the airport, the train station or Aeon Mall for free. It's a transient are so expect lots of other tourists and (potentially) lots of loud people. The rooms were reasonably quiet though.

The staff could remembered my name the moment I told her the booking. The hotel room is big and comfortable. Free airport to Narita n Aeon mall. Awesome n fantastic buffet. Overall, I love this hotel but maybe hope the following can be improved: 1. King bed in premium lost the good support n caused me bad pain 2. I asked for to extend checkout time at 1230pm n was refused 3. I asked for 2 bottles of water n staff asked me if I have already checked out, I said I did and she said, cannot give. 4. Buffets good, I love it!!!’

Great hotel, nice rooms and great customer service. We didn't have enough toothbrushes so we called the front desk and they brought one up in 5 mins. Added that it has a convenience store on the bottom floor makes for easy meals. Would definitely recommend, great job guys 👍

Hotel was provided by a tour, so if I had a choice I would not book again. This facility is 'budget' friendly. The mattress and bedding did not make for a good night's rest. Lobby looks nice enough. Buffet restaurant is mediocre.

Good hotel with a free airport shuttle. Affordable and clean, room showing a bit of wear. The buffer dinner in the restaurant was good. Will definitely stay with this chain again.

Great hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle. We arrived on the JR rail at Terminal 1 and were able to hop on the shuttle just outside. Decent size rooms, very clean and good buffet restaurant.

This was very nice except the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. I am a recent 7 months, nonsmoker and it was pretty bad. But other than that it was perfect.

... Words can't describe my stay in Hotel MyStays Premier in Narita! It has all what I'm looking for in a hotel in Japan. Its convenient, well, much less space but it packs heavily on its amenities inside. Plus, its so quite and peaceful like your living in a rural area but in modern hotel.
