I managed a Marriott hotel in the US for 15 years. This hotel is spectacular. So clean, beautiful and the staff is beyond incredible and friendly. I worry traveling from the US to other countries about what the hotel will actually be like once there. Book this hotel! You will not be disappointed! There are restaurants and even a convenience store inside with anything you might need. Only thing I warn about, is the hot water is the temperature of the sun.....turn the cold water on first.

The room is quite outdated. AC not cool at all even I turned to maximum speed. They solved the issue by having electric fans to borrow but still… this issue shouldn’t happen in a hotel so well known for travelers and especially in a country like Japan.

Loved staying here. Food was terrific. Love fact that Lawson's is open 24/7 with large variety of snacks, cosmetics, misc drug store needs and super large selection of fresh food should you not want to eat in restaurant or arrive when restaurant is closed. There's a free shuttle available to take you to the main town train station surrounded by tons of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. This same shuttle also makes periodic stops to the EON mall shopping center, two levels of stores to shop till you drop. Can't wait to have opportunity to stay here again. There's also a cluster of cherry blossom trees fronting the hotel if you happen to come at the right time to enjoy.

The service is just right, with neither excessive nor insufficient offerings. It strikes a good balance. However, when it comes to the facilities, they have clearly aged considerably over the years, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say they were not particularly comfortable. Perhaps it was because I chose a budget room this time, but the room was dimly lit, and the air conditioning was limited to minimal cooling only. If I were to stay here again, I would opt for a superior room if possible. In Europe, it's not uncommon to encounter dimly lit rooms in old buildings, but it was my first experience of this kind in Japan. The absence of ceiling lights may be intentional differentiation from higher-class rooms. I didn't expect my smartphone's flashlight to come in so handy. Furthermore, the air conditioning is built-in and cannot be adjusted for temperature from inside the room; you can only adjust the fan speed. I believe this is the only hotel in this class in Japan that lacks a heating function, so during the autumn and winter, the indoor temperature drops significantly. Therefore, it's advisable to bring warm clothing during the colder seasons, as you'll only get cold air. For the same price, in terms of facilities, a Japanese business hotel might be more comfortable.

Very nice place for stay, clean and have many options for vegetarian and non vegetarian in breakfast. They have free bus shuttle service for Narita international airport in every 15-20 minutes. It's very near to Narita international airport. They have LAWSON inside the hotel where you can buy Japanese souvenirs also. They have illumination park where you and your kids can enjoy.. Staffs service is very well.. They have many branches like in Osaka, Nikko, Nara etc.

Not for business travelers. It's a pleasant enough space, if a little tired. But as I need dependable internet connectivity to work, I've had to cut my stay here short and find another option. The connectivity here, even over cable, is so sporadic that I've had to drop out of nearly every video conference call I've tried to participate in. This is devastating to my role in my company. Even when the connection is up, the bandwidth varies wildly, and usually drops again within 10-15 minutes. Inexplicably, the WiFi seems to be slightly more dependable than the cable connection, which drops within seconds after connection. I've had to rely on tethering from my own mobile device, at my own expense. The "free" internet has cost me over $70 in data charges to my own mobile account when I had to deal with mission-critical connectivity. If you rely on remote work, avoid this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Frequent shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel. We stayed here the day/night we arrived. Very friendly service from arriving to the receptionist to the checkin out! I have never seen so attentive service in my travels! We had the Japanese room with the futons and it was a great choice! Definitely will stay here again when given a chance!

Facility may be slightly dated but kept well. Very clean. Nice full sized bathroom. Extremely helpful staff. Free shuttle bus service to and from Narita airport is a major plus!

This is the first time I have visited Japan and I checked in here. Very welcoming staffs. They gave me all the information I needed. Check in was really smooth. I was offered breakfast for 2000 Yen instead of 2500 Yan. This hotel is very close to the airport. Nice and clean rooms. Everything that‘s required for a person was provided. Free airport shuttle every 30 mins.

Comfortable, basic, surprisingly quiet room. Friendly, helpful service in English. Ample, tasty breakfast available from 5-10am. Free, frequent shuttle to terminal 10 minutes away. What more could one want for an airport hotel costing < $80?

Family of four stayed in J-style room. It was comfortable, clean, and had all amenities. you'd expect for a reasonable price. They have electrical outlets compatible with US 3-prong plugs, a rarity in Japan as it turns out. Breakfast was incredible, but dinner buffet was a bit pricey. We tried the Chinese restaurant instead, and I would recommend that if you do, just order one or two entrees and share them around. They also have a bus that brings you into Narita so you can explore the city a little bit

After a long flight this hotel was a luxury we rarely afford ourselves, but now I think we will make a habit out of it. The price was very reasonable considering the outrageous rates we see at home (Can). It is close to the airport, the shuttle is free, the staff were exceptionally helpful, the rooms are clean and bigger than one should reasonably expect in Japan, AND there is a kombini in the hotel. You can grab an onigiri and a strong zero (for those who know), have a shower & crash. But it gets better- if you join the loyalty program you may get a complimentary drink ticket for use in the "sky bar". A free G&T was an added bonus! We continued our trip the next morning refreshed. We would stay here again without hesitation! Tip- be early for the shuttle leaving the hotel in the morning. Most people are doing the same thing you are.

Ein tolles Hotel wenn der Flug früh morgens startet. Ein kostenfreier Shuttlebus führt einen zum Gate. Das Personal war freundlich, in der Bar war allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Had a nice night before my early flight. The room is spacious enough to open two pieces of luggage. Love the airport free shuttle services. Very convenient. One thing might improve is that this 24-hour-Lawson could add more products.

A lot o the hotels around Narita airport tend to be old and run down, but this one is an exception. While the building is itself old, it looks like they made some major renovations, so the rooms look rather new and modern, with lots of power outlets at the desk and by the bed. Staff were very friendly. There's a free shuttle service between the airport and hotel. There's several restaurant options, such as Sushi and Chinese (in the pic). Also a 24 hour convenience store. If there's one thing I didn't like, its that we could not control the temperature in the room

This hotel was the biggest positive surprise of our trip. we used it as the last hotel to stay in before our flight back the next day. It checks all the boxes and even more: very good value, good sized rooms, exceptional service, and there even is a built-in convenience store. The bar at the very top offers a great view. There is a free shuttle service from and to Narita airport. The hotel is a bit dated. not that it's unclean or anything but the style of the building and the interior of the room and bathroom is not modern anymore.

Excellent place to start or finish your Japanese trip. Instead of trekking into Tokyo when we get in late at night, we've stayed here multiple times. Lawson downstairs. Shuttle bus from Narita (mostly) every 30 minutes. Can't go wrong.

Very good hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms with easy check in and check out procedures. English friendly staff with a 24hr Lawsons available inside the hotel. This was amazing for quick purchases of food/souvenirs and hygiene items.

Great service! I usually book Tobu Narita whenever I need to stay near Narita Airport but opted to stay here for a change. It was too crowded when I went and had to line up for check-in. I guess it’s a quite popular choice for ‘hotels nearby the airport’. Won’t recommend if you like the quiet. When you leave for the airport shuttle bus, the staff waves goodbye to everyone. It’s a small gesture but a very nice touch. Overall it’s a decent hotel but the bathroom inside the hotel room had some grimes/molds in a few places. Not on toilet/sink/bathtub though so it’s ok!

We stayed here a night as we had an early flight back the next day. The room was quite old but spacious, way bigger than most rooms in Tokyo and was impeccably clean. Very good selection of breakfast and the service was good. There's a convenience store that is open 24/7 and there's also a shuttle bus that takes guests to the airport.

Exemplar service from arrival to check out. Luggage were picked up from the car immediately and check in process was so smooth and efficient. Luggage came to my room within 3 minutes. Welcome drinks were provided The amenities provided are impeccable. The view was awesome, where I could see planes land, but without the noise. The double glazed windows blocked out the noise, without compromising the view. The spread of the buffet breakfast blew my mind off and there was even a supplement buffet. Recommend anyone who is departing from Narita to book at least 1 night to experience true Japanese hospitality.

Very good beds and plenty of staff so everything goes quite fast. They also have a bus that drives between Airport and Hotel. The dinner wasn't bad, it was totally acceptable. The fruits are REALLY tasty. The room I had was pretty dark though. I only had the entrance light which was plenty enough though.

Location near Narita airport and provide free shuttle from-to airport. Room was great and clean. They have some restaurants inside the hotel which taste good. Great location for transit but not for staying long time if you want to wondering around Chiba area because it is quite far from train station.

This was a place that the airline put us in for the night. The staff are very professional at all times. The room was small but typical of other rooms I have been in Tokyo. They are well organized for the morning shuttle to the airport. If arriving in the evening try and be there before the buffet shuts down. I believe it's 9pm and they pick everything up.

We've just completed a very enjoyable 5-day stay. It's now our new favorite hotel in the Narita area. Compact but clean rooms, fast Internet and delicious breakfast buffet. Very courteous staff and outstanding customer service.

We stayed here overnight waiting for a connecting flight, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were excellent, room was spacious, and the breakfast was very good.

An excellent hotel. The room was great and the service was top notch. There is a small convenience store on the first floor with all one might need.

Nice basic hotel. Lawson shop downstairs. You can have Amazon delivery there. Sushi restaurant there and a nice main one downstairs

People are super friendly, and kind and very willing to help. I honestly felt very spoiled here because the housekeepers are very thorough at cleaning to the level other hotels I stay at feel dirty. 😂 It definitely is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. I'll definitely go again if I had a chance. Keep up the great work!

The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and speak great English as it’s near the airport. Multiple restaurants, a 24-hour Lawson in-built and even self-service laundry room open 24 hours. Not the best location of course if you’re not flying out, but it’s still a brilliant hotel.

The stay was comfortable. The bed and linens were good. The room was spacious . The building and rooms are old but well maintained. The parking lot was large and well maintained. The hotel offers 14 days free parking for members by staying at the hotel for one night prior to the flight. Overall, very good value for a stay prior to a flight next day.

It's a very decent hotel. Clean and the staff are helpful. You don't have to worried if you forgot to bring something as the hotel itself has Lawson inside. Breakfast buffet 👍🏻👍🏻🤗

I stayed here twice on my recent trip to Japan. In my entire month there HNN had to be one of the most outstanding places to stay considering the price. We made use of the free airport shuttle which was frequent. Staff were friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious. The Conbini downstairs was so convenient and the elderly ladies who served me were so lovely. The entire hotel is immaculately clean and comfortable. We booked the J-style room which had 2 futon beds on a tatami mat with sunken dining set upon arrival it was a really pretty room and my kids liked the fact it had You Tube and on our last day prior to departure we all had our own rooms. It was one of the most comfortable stays I had on my trip and will definitely stay there again.

Spent one night on a stopover and the rooms are quite nice. Not very welcoming though, the staff seemed tired. But not bad for a quick rest. I would only feel comfortable for a short stay here.

This is my usual spot a day before departure. Clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Room walls can be thin so you will hear people going in and out as they leave for the airport. Free bus shuttle is on schedule make sure to be 10mins early for it

Overnight stay as flight delayed. Dinner at Serene restaurant buffet. Decent but not overwhelming. Breakfast here too. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Rooms typical Japanese Airport size. Small and efficient. Service top notch.

All what you need for short sleep before/after intercontinental flight. Hotel well connected to Narita airport terminals: help to get to buses for terminals railway station was offered: for suitcases, small children, announcement was given. Rooms were ok, but i can not say more, i was too tired for that. I slept nicely.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful during our beginning and ending of our japan stay. The hotel itself is quite old, the A/C is very weak and they tried to fix it but didn't really make a difference. The staff told me it's an old ac unit and I'd have tonwaitb15minutes before it started to cool off the room.. never happened. I walked into My room and it was 25c. The small fridge also was turned on but never got anything inside of the unit cold at all. The TV works and the staff are great at accommodating to your needs and they can understand English. Lawson is 24 hours conveniently located on the premise. Please use the hotel shuttle freely back and forth to narita airport as they run every 20-40 minutes to and from the airport. Narita is a remote area (1.5-2 hours) travel by train, bus or rental vehicle just a heads up. The hotel pool as of 7/7/2023 that I'm posting this not still not open... I was her 5/28/2023 and the pool was not open then and dirty. You can do laundry on site and you just have to have yen to pay for it since it's a coin laundry.

Super nice and clean hotel. It has a huge garden in the back which you can hang out for some fresh air. I was lucky to be here during Christmas to enjoy the beautiful lights they set up! Buffet is alright, not too special with limited option, but food is quality focused! A small Lawson convenient store on ground floor as well. Staffs are extremely nice and helpful. Only complaint is the rooms are a bit old, but super clean and cozy!

My room had AC but it wasn't able to get cooler than 23ºC and there wasn't a thin sheet it was thick duvet. Unfortunately I had a bad night's rest because of this. The room itself other than the ability to cool to my preference temperature was good. This let the place down for me because the hotel I feel is 4/5 star. Staff are amazing. I should have informed them but I think they'd have to just move me rooms. £60 for the night in solo luxury room.

Such a good experience at this Hotel.. started from the free shuttle from Narita airport, driver was friendly and helpful. Hotel staff were so amazing and helpful here.. good food choices and small 24/7 Lawson convenience store on site convenient for late traveller's.. room was comfortable with good size beds and pillows.. would 100% stay here again..
