Poor customer service,poor hospitality, cold fries, no tissue papers, no polite speaking. Worst Ever

111 seats available inside. Busy weekend and day time. Burger is as usual seasonal flavors and right beside the kousaten. Parking not available. Just between two station; keisei Narita station and Narita station. They do delivery, so delivery available

Today I ordered the ice cream with chocolate toping. Unfortunately it did not match with the picture on the menu. Asking the staff to get more toping that it looks like the same as it shown on the menu was denied. This happened the first time in my life in McDonalds. Surprisingly very unfriendly and incompetent staff.

Food quality is just awesome specially prawn burger. It’s most delicious to me. There’s enough space for hangout with dear ones. Neat and clean toilets. Staff who are working here is so cordial and fast to do delivery.

Better than what you find in the US of A. Food was good, cleaner and less greasy than what you find in America. The bathrooms were clean and luxurious, gotta love a Japanese toilet. We escaped the cold and rain here for a few minutes, perfect stop before flying back to the US.

open 24hrs a day. with 110 seats... so it says. cashier spoke very good English.. . was short one burger. which happens in most McDonald's around the world.

Good size, good table with plug for phone, first floor toilets, slow service, busy due to proximity of station and Narita San Temple street

Only in Narita for a short time. Very efficient. Helpful staff. Perfect place for a 6am coffee. Lots of outlets and WiFi. Fun to watch commuters stream through.

Needed a place to rest our feet. Discovered they still serve Chocolate Milkshake!! Yummy

The 2nd floor atmosphere could be better but the food is just tasty.

The food was good, the staff was friendly however the toilet stinks, you can smell it when you stand near the stairs.
