I had my quarantine at this hotel. It was not bad. I have a kind of cleaning obsession, but this hotel is quite clean. They offer breakfast everyday, although the number of foods is small, it tastes good. But room is too small, and the view of window is very limited. I can see only the side of the other building. It made me stressful. If you wanna staying here for few days, I recommend this hotel. But I don't recommend here for quarantine.

This is such a nice hotel to stay a night before your next departure ✈️ There is a little old style village behind the hotel with a bit of walking. The breakfast is very great and with a good size of area for the hotel guests. I wrote a few emails for questions , and the hotel hotel front desk replied with good information. It's about transportation BTW hotel and airport, requested a non-smoking room after I got stuck in a smoking room in toyko inn asakusa karemae #2. The front desk is so pleasant and helpful. The little man worker is so nice and pays attention to his job. Foods are well prepared for hotel guests, and the restaurant area is nice and friendly. Highly recommend staying a night before your next day flight in narita airport . This will make your trip easier.

Convenient and close to the station. The rooms are very small, but the facilities are good. The complimentary breakfast is varied and very satisfying. However, if you are going to stay here, you should choose a higher floor if possible. I stayed on the second floor, but the view was against the wall of the building next door, and When l open the window for ventilation, the air smelled bad that I couldn't ventilate. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, but you can smell cigarette smoke from somewhere. Musty smell when the air conditioning is turned up. Hope can improve on this.

Good for the price and convenience. Room ok spacious, BUT the step up into the unit bath was exceedingly high - TRIP HAZARD! Also, only one pillow on bed and it’s too soft; had to go front desk to ask for extra. Included bkft was good with hot scrambled eggs and sausages, etc. Microwave and oven were a plus.

The service is great! We lost a small lock during check out and the staff was very helpful and went around helping us! I am super sensitive to dust environment and i do not have any sneeze. Bed is comfortable and breakfast are good too! Thank you!

It’s near Kaisei station after put your ticket out downstairs for over station then downstairs again next turn left and cross over and go straight. Breakfast is included , room is clean but should be aware evaluator in my opinion I think it very fast to close.

Hardware is old, noise isolation is bad. But nice location, good service.

The rooms are very small however the clerk at check in was very cool. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I booked the room for Thursday night @ 6120 jpy for 2 pax. Showed the vaccine passport and received 6000 yen coupons. Best deal ever.

Very clean, nice breakfast. Enough room for luggage rack. Walking distance to 2 train stations and large grocery store down the street.

We were after a budget priced hotel close to Narita Airport. Comfort Hotel Narita was perfect, very well priced, staff excellent, clean throughout, fabulous help yourself breakfast and an easy 5 minute walk from Keisei Narita (or JR) station. A less than 10 minute trip to Narita Terminals 2/3 on the Keisei line. Perfect!

Whatever size room you think you're going to get, just remember that it's actually going to be smaller than that. We had booked a room with two beds for two people, but ended up getting a room with only a single bed due to a flub up with our booking. This was fine until we realized just how small the room really was. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights, because the room was not large enough for us to really be able to do anything. Getting ready was a challenge as it required one person to stay on the bed while the other person got ready and then switch places. It was also very hot in the room and we could not work the AC (this was a language-barrier issue mostly as the remote is only in Japanese); luckily the window opened and we were able to get some fresh air. The bathroom was fine, but like the rest of the room, it was very very small. The size of the bathroom, however, was less of a burden than the size of the room. The complimentary breakfast, however, was a great addition to our stay and the service and hospitality would be hard to beat as the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, room small, but it does not the matter. Service is good, no matter is Check in counter or restaurant. Breakfast is delicious !

It is nice to stay here if you are a layover person or before heading to Tokyo.It takes only 10 minutes from Narita Airport. and JR, Keisei are 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel gave me a comfortable stay. In my personal opinion, mattress has a balanced level of firmness. But pillow was too soft for me. Still it was fair enough for my sleep. Front desk's atmosphere was good. There's something I found it's a bit difficult for me to accept. It's about entrance. There's the other store on the ground floor of the same building. This makes hotel's entrance slightly difficult to find. And the front desk is on the second floor. So it may be easy to overlook the entrance.
