Dr. Lele barely took 30 seconds to examine me. Pulled my ear very hard, despite telling him it was paining. And then dismissed me saying it was reffered pain. I actually had abscess in the ear canal opening. And he couldn't judge that.

we traveled almost 150 km, spent 600 rs fee, waited for two 1 hour and the Doctor gave us less than 2 minutes. not satisfied. Not recommended

My wife's surgery for Sinusitis was done in Lele Hospital & Research Center in Dec 2023. The diagnosis was perfect and the treatment is 100% successful. The hospital is centrally located, quite clean and the rooms to stay are specious. The staff is cooperative and professional. Even the medical shop, Kashiba is good at service and offered a reasonable discount on a bill of large amount. My experience right from pre-surgery consulting, surgery, discharge, up to insurance claim was quite satisfactory.

We had taken an appointment at 6 pm . Not only did the doctor not turn up but made us wait for 45 minutes for a replacement doctor who didn’t turn up either . Totally unprofessional and utter disregard for time of the patient.

Worst Experience . Wife had gone to check her ears. Gave 30 secs to the ear. Asked her to go in for CT scan of Nose instead. She had no complains of the Nose. He even asked her to get admitted urgently and asked her to do many blood tests etc. CT scan shown to 4 doctors. Doctors said there was NO Need for Any CT scan and exposure to Radiations. Nose was perfectly alright. Please be Cautious.

Hospital Worst service... 0 politeness with the patients.staff was very rough. The staff definitely need work on handling the patient's state of mind. not satisfied with the staff.
