Never admit any of your family member to this hospital.... I repeat it is not the worst hospital ever, only some money they will cost for life. I lost my father due to ignorance, negligence in treatment by doctors and hunger to make money, so be smart and try the hospital which treats the patient like your family. My father was an asthma patient for 20 years, but he was living a very good life. All his reports were good and normal. Suddenly one day there was slight swelling and pain in the right side of his stomach. He was admitted to Sujata Birla Hospital for relief from the pain of swelling. He was admitted to the ICU by Dr Amit Mittal. Always told by them that your patient will be 100% fine in two or Three days. There is a slight tear in his abdominal muscles.This pain is not fatal, it will take about recover soon. But day by day my patient became weak, and after 20 days he died on the bed of ICU of Sujata Birla Hospital. During this, we had an expenditure of more than ₹ 400000.

This is worst & Dangerous Hospital, Not only put your patient in danger but also U will lost ur huge Money. Recently My Father had admitted for normal Respiratory problem. But due Money making attitude of hospital, i have not only lost of my father but also lost my trust. I never suggest anyone to get treatment specially Dr Mittal, Kulkarni & so on.. They r always putting patient in high risk.

Worst hospital. No one cares you..no one take responsibility of any thing. Doctors are also work for their salaries. Do not have any responsibility reguarding petients. Staff are dull like government hospitals irresponsible servent.

Worst hospital experience ever. They asked for lot of money for 10 min of operation of stain removal from kidney. We booked deluxe room but shifted to general by saying there is no bed availability. There is no co operation from receptionist and no coordination between the staff. Worst experience ever.

Hospital is just fine... Not really recommend untill you have no option. It is quiet unnecessarily crowded. They have research centre and training institute as well. They do provide ambulance facility. They also have a pharmacist in the parking attached to the building. Parking is available.

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Wonderful experience with Ms Angela Xavier , she explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All nurses and doctors are very good. Overall treatment is very good 😊

I am having a very bad time here. My father is admitted in this hospital on 05.03.23 and still I am with my father but since the very 1st day I am having issues with the clinical and non clinical staffs. If you say something they just & ignore it. Manisha Jadhav Nursing staff who talk to you arrogantly if you complain about the staff. Housekeeping come in the night by 10.40 pm to do sweeping/Mopping. Told Today to RMO lady on 1st floor to ask housekeeping staff to clean the medicine trolley she said OK but it did not actually happen. Later I went to MOD and told about the same and it was done. Staff just forget about the service which they are suppose to give to the patients. They are really least bothered about the prestige of the company. By doing this they don't get affected but the company name and reputation does goes for. Staffs are getting salary why they get bothered. Mediclaim also creates lots of caos. They will say you bring this paper and that paper and later again do this do that etc. People get mediclaim for hassle free service. But here you have to go and get medicine by yourself .

The physiotherapy dept. is execellent , Dr Sakshi Karwa Gave a excellent treatment for my mother . never ever seen such a good therapiest in last 10yrs . Good job , keep it up . 👍

ICU patients are given least amount of attentiveness, like it's a normal case..The family member accompanying an ICU patient is made to sleep in the waiting area on the floor amidst mosquitoes, of course because they need more patients.. the toilets are dirty as f*&k.. Humble request to anybody reading this, never NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL EVER! I choose not talk about the doctors or RMOs, I really have no words.

This hospital doesn't even deserve a star. Don't ever trust on this hospital worst doctors they work for money and not for people. If you care for your loved ones please don't ever think of this place. Thrash management thrash staff.

Never ever go this hospital if you want to see yourself and loved ones alive My mother was admitted in this hospital with covid, with CT score 14. They have remdesevir for 1 week, they didn't take any CT scan in between. The CT score increased to 20 in a week. Then we shifted to ashoka The hospital staff were on picnic during the day of shifting. It took us 4 hours for shifting my mom who was so critical already. During the stay, my mom called for assistance for going to the bathroom, she called in that situation, with oxygen mask several times, none came, later she herself went, though she collapsed due to low oxygen support. She got herself hurt. There was rain one day, entire water came inside their so called ICU. And her bed got drenched in water. At last when bill came, as it was cashless, they put 7500 for icu ward and 4000 for PPE kit. It costed us 1,77,000₹ for entire stay, to get the situation worsened. They make seperate bills for insurance and cash payments. They are very unethical and fraud. The doctors and nurses are for namesake, they don't know anything about medicine. We had no money left to claim, as this money eating company ate thr entire money. Never admit any of your dear ones in this hospital, if you want them alive. Even if you go with a normal fever, you will return from this hospital dead.
