The
interior
of
the
hotel
was
superb.
We
enjoyed
all
the
amazing
amenities
the
hotel
provided.
The
best
thing
was
the
scrumptious
food
they
served.
Every
meal
we
had
there
was
top
notch.
The
major
problem
we
suffered
was
the
staff
at
the
reception
desk.
Okay
so
we
did
our
booking
over
phone
where
we
specifically
asked
that
are
only
kids
below
the
age
of
18
allowed
to
come
alone
so
one
of
the
staff
member
over
the
call
agreed
so
we
booked
the
rooms
where
he
obviously
took
all
our
details
and
when
we
reached
there
the
lady
at
the
desk
declined
to
take
us
in
and
asked
us
to
leave
that
to
not
in
a
very
polite
way.
The
person
we
talked
on
the
phone
with
declined
to
agree
that
he
spoke
to
us.
Wish
we
had
the
recording
so
we
wouldn’t
be
treated
that
way.
I
agree
there
are
rules
and
regulations
of
a
hotel
which
the
staff
has
to
follow
but
that
has
to
be
in
a
very
polite
way
and
it
wasn’t
even
our
fault
and
we
weren’t
trying
to
do
something
wrong
because
one
of
the
staff
member
agreed
to
the
age
bar.
We
then
luckily
found
a
guardian
within
the
hotel
who
knew
our
parents
mutually
and
then
we
were
allowed
to
check
in
after
this
all.
The
staff
at
the
reception
was
very
rude
and
the
thing
which
made
us
super
disappointed
was
that
they
asked
us
to
leave
just
like
that
even
though
we
had
the
booking
receipt
online
and
we
felt
as
if
were
being
thrown
out
where
it
wasn’t
even
our
fault.
No
one
should
be
treated
this
way.
To
conclude
the
hotel
is
really
amazing
but
the
staff
is
the
worst.
And
if
it
was
up
to
me
I
wouldn’t
suggest
you
to
go
to
be
insulted
where
you
pay
a
very
heavy
amount
for
the
rooms.
There
are
other
5
star
hotels
which
will
provide
you
with
both
service
and
amenities.
