Their
online
shopping
and
home
delivery
service
is
highly
highly
unreliable.
Sometimes
they
deliver,
and
sometimes
they
leave
a
whatsApp
message
after
2
days,
asking
if
the
customer
still
wants
that
delivery,
and
some
other
times,
they
don't
deliver,
don't
call
to
inform,
and
don't
leave
the
WhatsApp
message
even
after
2
days.
In
addition,
they
change
the
price
in
the
bill,
stating
that
the
prices
have
been
updated.
Rainbow
needs
to
address
the
flaws
and
improve
its
online
ordering
and
delivery
system.
They
have
an
edge
because
of
their
multiple
locations,
but
due
to
untrained
staff
and
lack
of
proper
management
of
the
processes,
and
probably
unaccountability
of
any
concerned
person,
they
are
still
far
from
their
optimum
potential
as
an
online
seller.
For
example,
their
order
acknowledgement
system
is
unpredictable.
Sometimes,
they
send
a
message
within
2-3
minutes
that
the
order
has
been
received
and
confirmed
whereas
some
other
times,
they
don't
send
the
order
confirmation
message
even
after
24
hours.
When
after
some
days,
you
check
your
ordering
history,
and
it
shows
that
the
order
was
delivered,
whereas
it
never
was.
Rainbow
management
needs
to
streamline
all
the
processes.
