We recently hired Wael's to cater a luncheon for our teachers and we were not disappointed. The amount of food we got for the price we wouldn't be able to get anywhere else. He even threw in an extra tray of Gyro meat as a donation! Teachers and staff loved the food! We will continue to use them for future events.

Wael is one of the best Mediterranean/ Lebanese restaurants in the area. Food is very authentic. Great atmosphere and environment. I like to enjoy my lunch with Turkish coffee. We are regularly customers for dine in and to go. Unfortunately, we passed by yesterday, and they owner was not there as usual. They have new employees, and our waiter was fussy, look tired and unhappy most the time. He looked like either he hated us or his job!

We had the platter for two and it was enough food. My favorite were the spicy potatoes with garlic sauce.

After a recommendation from the hotel staff, decided to try this place out for some good Mediterranean takeout. I got the platter for two, which includes beef and chicken kebabs, hummus, tabbouli, and salads. Everything was fresh and delicious and served in reasonable portions. The beef and chicken were both well seasoned and cooked, and the hummus was one of the better versions I've had in the area. The tabbouli was fresh and tasty, but had a bit too much water for my taste. The woman who took my takeout order was friendly and efficient. I'll be back here soon and recommend this place to everyone.

We have been going to this place ever since I can’t even remember how long. At least 15 years. The owner is so involved in his restaurant that if anything ever goes wrong which it very rarely does he fixes it abruptly immediately but that has never happened to me. You want good falafel‘s do you want good Greek food you need to hit this place up. I’ll influence you to go here lol you will not be disappointed.

First time here and *insert drooling emoji*. My husband got the beef shawarma plate and I went out on a limb to try the chicken alfredo (thought it was interesting that a Mediterranean place had this), I was pleasantly surprised. The alfredo was so good! Very big portion so I got to take leftovers home. My husband loved his beef so much he forgot about his rice, and only ate about half of it. The pita was warm and soft and the Greek salads at the beginning were delicious. Definitely will be back with some friends on tow. Oh and the server was ON IT! She was super quick, friendly and on top of everyone and everything l, including to go and phone orders. Great place!

Got the falafel wrap and a side of fries. The wrap was simple, delicious, and fresh. The falafel itself was moist, flavorful, and held together perfectly. The season fries were great, too! I'd definitely return for lunch anytime I'm in this area. The waitress on duty also seemed to be very attentive to her guests.

Wael, you and your food has won my heart. The in house made balsamic dressing over the fresh salad was spot on; as was everything else I ate from the lamb to the rice pudding. Thank you for your wonderful food; I will definitely be back soon.

Every time I visit my daughter I make sure to stop by and eat at Wael's. I live in Palacios and no restaurant there compares to Wael's. The owner and his family are very welcoming, the service is impeccable and the food is delicious! You have to try their food!

Absolutely amazing service! The staff and waiter are great. The food is made fresh! It's a clean environment, very cozy welcoming. Will definitely recommend as the best Mediterranean food in the this area.

I love Mediterranean food so thought I try a different restaurant so came to Wael’s. Server was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. I put in my order for take out and as I stood waiting for my food I peaked at the cook and was disgusted and sick to my stomach for the fact that he was not using “NO GLOVES”. He wasn’t washing his hands regularly either touching everything in that kitchen plus handling food. I never leave a review but this one was just disgusting with the no gloves never coming back here ever again. By the way the food was tasteless no flavor even a food truck foods taste better than this trash.

This is an amazing place. Very kind and enjoyable service, has the feeling of being home. Authentic super yummy food, absolutely try anything on the menu.

My new go to for gyros and tabbouleh. Gyro had a good ratio of meat, veg, sauce with the meat done just right. Tabbouleh was a nice light refreshing side with to the gyro. The hummus appetizer had a great flavor and came with the pita bread still warm. Altogether a tasty takeout :).

Wow just wow. Stopped in for the first time with my husband after doing some walking on the trail nearby and service was fast and friendly. Food came about 5 minutes after we ordered and was delicious. We ate every little bit! Our server was super friendly and made sure to check up on us frequently too. Will be back!

We stopped in here for the very first time today. We each got the Gyro plate, which came with a Mediterranean salad and pita bread. The owner greeted us right as we came in the door and got us seated at a table. Service was quick and very polite. We were able to ask him about the eight specific ingredients in his food. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable. The environment was very calm and clean. With about four other people eating at the same time it was really easy to hear each other and carry on a conversation. The place is not very big. It might hold 10 tables of 2 to 4 people.

This was our first visit here it was totally amazing!!Kelseyville is the most Amazing server she made us feel right at home. The tabooli was to die for.!! We look forward to coming again and trying something else, We had the meal for two,wonderful. Darcy and Luciano Gaigher

My favorite restaurant in Houston. I came here the first time I visited, it was fantastic, and I've never stopped coming back - it's become my boyfriend and I's go-to date spot. The owner is very friendly & so is the server. I have never had a bad experience with this place. The dolmas and the kafta kabob plate are personal favorites of mine. I would recommend it both if you grew up eating Mediterranean food like I did or if you're broadly unfamiliar with it like my boyfriend was before we started coming here.
