I ordered 2 extra cheese, well done no garlic pizzas online. when I got there, pizza had to be made again because they put garlic. had to wait again, got my pizza with no garlic no extra cheese and extra burnt. even my son said this is one of the worse pizzas we've gotten from Domino's, horrible. I've noticed that little by little this store quality is getting bad, this is not the first time I ask for extra cheese and get none or the no garlic and get garlic or have to wait for them to make them again.

DON'T BUY PIZZA HERE!!!!! THE KIDS THAT WORK HERE DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE PIZZA MY PIZZA HAD NO CHEESE VERY THIN AND EXPENSIVE $16 FOR A MEDIUM THAT ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE A SMALL NEVER AGAIN... DON'T DO IT

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and did not like it at all it was super thin and almost no cheese I mean it's 13+ dlls it should be well made

a driver named John (the delivery driver) tried to tell me that I was in the wrong or at a different address than that was provided tonight 2/28/23. I tried to give him the best of my abilities of my directions even though he was literally like down the block and probably was like blind as a bat 🤦🏻‍♂️ anyways some of these drivers think they need or deserve a tip but instead they deserve a reality check. 💯

Ordered 3 pizzas with vegetable toppings online. Get in store, pay for pizzas. Get home and there are little hidden bits of pork products (sausage and ham) in all 3 pizzas. Horrible employees. I did NOTHING to them and they intentionally messed my ordered up and were trying to conceal the meat the had put on the pizza. Horrible employees at this location. Order from Cardiff st location. I've never had a problem from them. Terrible. Never ever coming back to this location.

Chris, the manager at this location, is on point. He always has my pizzas ready to go with plates and napkins.

I found strands of hair in my food, and when I called to voice my concern, the sentiment was pretty much like I’m making it up so because of that I will never be back.

Amazing service and always get the pizzas done correctly at this location. I drive an extra 2 miles just to come here because this location is better than the one closer to me

It’s good just one thing I don’t like the workers who in touch with the pizza and who makes the bread they don’t wear gloves But the service very good just they need to wear gloves just who touching the bread in his or her hands

Love this location! Everyone I’ve encountered is really nice, the food is always hot and they decorate for different holidays (I appreciate this the most) While the Dominos itself is great, the location isn’t the best. you have to find a uturn depending on where you’re coming from and it’s very limited on parking.

I recently purchased a pizza and knot combo and when I got home my pizza was not cooked the center of it was completely doughy. I wish this was the end of it. I contacted this storefront and was greeted by VON an employee at this location and as I tried to explain what happened I was cut off and he began to rant about it being a busy day and having 120 pizzas and he had to turn the ovens down. I don’t work there so it didn’t make sense to me all I wanted was a refund. When he gave me my options he said I could pick up or get a new pizza delivered. Neither of which I wanted I had lost my appetite after eating dough. So I tried to explain that I would rather get my refund since I wasn’t going to eat pizza today or any time soon for that matter. VON began to raise his voice and yell I didn’t make your pizza I’m just and employee you don’t need to go off on me I’m just giving you your options. And after he was done ranting I let him know I would want my refund and that he should work on his customer service because I never once was disrespectful or even raised my voice at him. I even tried to sympathize with him at first but idk if he just had a bad day or what’s going on but I would definitely not recommend this location!!!

Drove all the there from Mexico and was 10 min past 10 and wasnt allowed to place an order. Lets not help someone out but stick to those stringent guidlines. You guys ruined mine and my husbands evening which was already rough enough. I hate you and your entire orgainization. Too lazy to help someone out. Lazy lazy lazy. Shame on you.

While the quality of the pizza itself was just so-so, the reason for this negative review lies with the $3 discount for picking up your own pizza. I used the online $7.99 for 3 toppings option last week , and received the aforementioned $3 discount which had to be used by today. But when I tried to apply the discount, the initial price of the same pizza that I paid $7.99 for last week was $22.xx! After discount $19.xx. After calling the store I was told that it's either or. If I want to use the discount I must order the $22 version. This is a misleading and just one more reason that I won't be doing business with Domino's anymore.

Customer service sucks!ordered online drive to pick up my order when it was ready. I drive back home saw that They messed up on my order. I called to let them know the my order was wrong and they didn’t even try to help fixing my order they messed up! When asked her name she said have a good day and hung up the call. Very bad service!

Update 10/21/2022: We Showed up for 2 minute curbside delivery. No one showed up to give us our pizza. After going in they said it wasn't ready and i needed to wait 5 minutes. I'll be going to Bonita location from now on. This place is very unreliable. Last review: Usually good service. We pickup a pizza maybe every other week. A couple times we had problems when getting our pizza. When getting carside delivery, they should deliver in less than 2 minutes but once I waited 10 minutes until I went in and they said the pizza box "got pushed to the back." I'm not sure what that means. Another time it seemed like they forgot about our order and I had to go in and get my pizza. The cheap $8 3-topping pizza still helps us coming back though.

I've had difficulty getting this location to do no-contact delivery. Turns out its the fault of Domino's Online. It does give the store the instructions to no ring or knock my door. Luckily , the manager Shapania was able to explain this to me and gave me a discount on my recent order for the inconvenience. She even made a note on my file to make sure everyone knows not to ring or knock my door. Shamanic was great, and definitely patient was my abrasive personality. But Domino's needs to fix the miss communication between its online orders and actual stores.

Love the chains pizza. This location is one I frequently visit. I'm always surprised how fast they get the pizza done. I only order pepperoni pies with that said my order is always right. I don't even check at the store anymore
