Selling Low quality aquarium water filters for higher price .My aquarium water filter’s motor doesn’t work properly and it’s not filter organic waste matter properly.( purchased less than a month) Not recommended for buying aquarium water filters from them simply waste of money

Good place to buy all kind of pets and foods/cages ,I think only one place in Jaffna peninsula. I didn't have any photos of it.

Actual frauds are running this business. Specially the sales boy. They have two faces. When you go to buy things they will show nice face, when you are with complaints they will be with rude face. The sales boy with teasing the customers. Before three weeks the sales boy asked my requirements and tank size and made me buy a water filter for rupees 1600 which he said it will be 1300 when discussing. That was low quality one. It is not working and my fish tank is ugly always. I went with the complaint today. When I said, the sales boy said you fed two much and went away. Then I went to the lady in the counter, she asked my tank capacity and said the filter you bought is not suitable. I said your sales boy gave that filter. Suddenly that sales boy started to tease me. I just ignored and came out. They are selling things with high price and low quality. Just ignore. FINE SOME OTHER GOOD PLACE.

Very Bad Store. They keep their dogs in cages where they can't even sleep or walk in. The floor of the cage is a metal net, the wires cut in the paws of the dogs and injures them. They do this to not have to clean the cage. They are bad people for that.

All good , things were little pricey compared to other pet shops in same road , staff need to know some basic knowledge about the medicine for the pets , yes . I'm a first time pet owner i asked the guy what the supplement available for la 46 days old puppy , they suggest me to take stress powder n tablets b plus e .... Than nest day i took my puppy for the vaccination and consult the doctor how much quantity should i feed my pet ,, i was shocked he said no we have to give only oral supplement (liquid form) no tablets for first 3 months ... This is what happened

Poor customer service. Shortage of fishes in my package and I am experiencing this for third time. I ask all pet lovers to verify your packages before you leave that shop. Spread love♥️ Note: Don't ever try to complaint the management because They will treat us as idiots......
