Tanishq… A bit costly in jewellery making charges but a trusted name for the purity of gold and quality of designs of jewellery. It is a Tata enterprise. A reliable name itself. The ambiance is quite impressive and the staff also is very much cooperative.

Great collection, very well maintained - something you expect from Tanishq. We came in to geet nose pin and ended up getting a mangalsutra as well. Kiran - who helped us through - very polite and gentleman. Thank you so much for making our experience the best.

My first time experience buying with old gold. Although govt. has made it mandatory -hallmarking for purity and Tanishq has Karatmeter to test purity, there is so much to be learned about the purchase process. May be I will post it in my blog later. First and the foremost- KIRAN KIRAN KIRAN, 5 STARS to him for providing excellent service. if you are in Seawoods Mall just ask for him, he is the BEST! Please note that not all employees will provide same service. I visited other jewellers and other branch of tanishq too. What I liked here- 1) Kiran was responsive unlike others, responded promptly to my messages. 2) Deligent in explaining, almost spent 5 hours till 10 PM before we were out of the door. 3) Went above and beyond in checking old gold purity, putting it on paper, valuating giving discount that was available through promotion ending in May. 4) Since I liked his service, I went on the last day of the promotion again he spent 4-5 hours. In the absence of technician, himself melted old gold during second visit 5) He also identified need and cross sold another product, sign of a good salesmanship. Tanishq should be proud of such a wonderful employees and reward them. I would have given 5 stars but gave 4 because Tanishq billing is bit confusing no fault of Kiran, he explained just as he was tought. But end result was good because we as customers were satisfied. Folks at the cash register were also very efficient and cooperative. Technician responsible for melting gold was also very nice and all others who helped during the process. Looking forward to see you again.

Not satisfied. The invoice given does not contain price break up. A senior sales person explained the system has no such break up. Least expected from a Tata company.

Very much dissatisfied with the service. Minor jewellery were supposed to be repaired. RSO Mr Nemichand Jatoliya doubted that the jwellery was not from Tanishq, after checking the records he admitted that Jwellery is genuine. They had no interest as it was a repair job, there is 1 Karagir in such a big store and he is on a 1 week vacation. RSO Mr Santosh Sathe came and he also did not guide properly. Experienced staff should be kept in the store. The worst store as far as customer services are concerned.I am very disappointed.

Tanishq has been our go-to store for years but the service at this store was quite unprofessional this time around. The staff didn't even have the courtesy to offer water. Since we were two young girls, they probably assumed we were there to waste their time even though we bought two pairs of diamond earrings. Nonetheless, no complaints about the quality of goods

Horrible experience. Very rude staff. They think we are theives and hide products and don't gice time to see when they are not around. Security asks 200 questions at entry and stands behind you all the time. Had the same experience at tanishq oberoi mall and tanishq inorbit vashi. Will never ever visit any tanishq store again.

The staff at Tanishq Seawoods are very arrogant and act as if they gonna pay half of the price. So much attitude while showing products. This was my 2nd visit but same experience. I don’t remember the staff name or else I would have mentioned here. I will suggest customers to visit Panvel store as I feel there the staffs are much professional and proactive there.

This is my second review for this store in a span of 9 months. Last time I had a bad experience however they've improved. Our experience was seamless and the staff were warm. Priyanka, Ravi and Raj were highly professional and helped us all along. Improvement is needed in hospitality at the time of high rush. The process is too corporate like and what they are missing is the human touch and flexibility. My experience was good.

Miss Vidhi & Miss Manju really served us well.But the thing which I really don't appreciate is this I didn't get my size ornaments.I wanted to buy bangles & my size is 2.8 Is it something rare? Left without any option I purchased one single kangan with very ordinary design.Even finger rings of my size were not available.I really felt very awkward.

I went twice with my wife. They attitude is extremely poor. They show as if you are not welcome. Yesterday when we went we sat for 15 min, nobody even bothered,when I enquired if anyone can attend, one lady just we all are busy though she herself was not attending any customer.

Worst experience with the service staff of Tanishq Seawoods . They told to wait us for 30minutes in the store ,we said ok .After 30 minutes we noticed they are sending ,those customers coming after us. I told that to Mr Santosh but he didn't bothered that .
