The bed sheets had stains, which they changed after I noticed it and called the supervisor. And warm water was not available during my visit.

We had a fairly poor experience at the hotel. The water in the room came intermittently, making it hard to take a shower or even wash one’s hands. The internet was down for most of our two-day stay, and when it started working the speeds were very slow. It was not possible to open the window in the room and the door hinges were broken. In the meeting room there was a major leak and we had water spreading across the floor. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Hmm the food was great the very first time i visited, but on my second visit i got food poisoning.

I wanted to highlight that this hotel is not as per any international standards: Major issues : • Credit card not accepted • Not hot water in my room I went down 3 time at the reception (internal phone not working) to ask fixing every time they cheated me and lied to me • No WIFI • Room door with a 70 by 50 cm window at the top hence all night your room is lighted by the lights of the corridor Other issues • TV was not working • 2 electricity cut (no generating set) • No free drinkable water provided • No amenities • Internal telephone not working • Leakage in the bathroom • They want a deposit for key • They wanted me to prepay for the food Run away

The rooms are clean but worn out specially the shower kits and don't go higher because when you go higher the amount of water decreases in the shower

Best meeting halls

Always stayed here with my family depending on availability. Incredibly polite employees, and comfortable rooms makes it our Premier Choice in Nazareth. The Food is always great, and the quite and neat Bar allow us to relax while watching football in the lobby.

Nice price. Nice customer service. The pool is cold,but it's a good place to have fun for families and friends!
