Stayed
for
four
nights
for
work
with
two
colleagues.
The
availability
of
hotels
in
Debre
Bihan
is
very
limited
and
thus,
Getva
was
really
the
only
option.
At
first
we
were
told
that
there
was
no
vaccanies
because
whilst
they
have
over
80
rooms,
many
of
them
are
permanently
booked
by
companies
(yet
they
are
mostly
empty).
After
some
discussion,
rooms
became
available!
The
rooms
were
run
down
and
not
well
taken
care
of.
The
sheets
had
stains
(but
the
bed
was
comfortable),
mould
in
the
bathroom
and
the
windows
didn’t
close
well,
so
when
it
rained,
water
leaked
in
the
room.
The
shower
did
not
drain,
and
the
towels
were
dirty.
The
room
rate
includes
breakfast
at
the
onsite
restaurant.
The
food
looks
and
tastes
old,
tables
are
not
clean
or
set,
and
the
customer
service
is
very
poor.
Poor
communication
between
staff
which
results
in
delays
in
food
orders
and
incorrect
food
served
and
the
restaurant
is
always
running
out
of
produce.
Overall,
service
and
food
is
poor,
rooms
are
not
clean
and
availability
of
rooms
is
dependant
on
which
staff
member
you
speak
with.
Little
options
in
Debre
Bihan
but
Getva
really
needs
a
facelift
and
to
improve
their
communication
based
on
the
price
charged
