Best friendly staff and clean. Nice clean rooms. But air extractors makes too much noise, and WC finishing is not up to standard, more touch ups needed for toilet sit and waste pipe...and shower can be improved to hotel standard. The Window are not fully cleaned, atleast for the room i occupied.

Very bad place to stay in copper belt. Poor food, rude staff and very unlike any hotel you would visit in Zambia. Why would someone stay here when you have Garden Court in Kitwe. We made a mistake booking this for 1 night stay.

I was staying in Protea during the business trip and enjoyed my stay. Room was large, quiet and my bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again when have a chance.

Very nice hotel! Super friendly staff with a lightening fast check in. Peter the manager went the extra mile and actually drove us to the airport in his personal vehicle as the hotel shuttle was very busy on the day. Thank you Peter that saved the day for us.

Beautiful hotel, modern decor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s a big garden with a pool, where one can relax. The restaurant has a large selection of food on their menu. The service was good and fast especially considering that we were a large group of people. Breakfast buffet was also really good. I enjoyed my time here.

Fantastic place. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was enjoyably comfortable. Breakfast can improve a bit but was still delicious. Unfortunately during the night someone did not adhere to the no smoking policy and the smell was very strong in my room. The gym can definately improve. I will definately recommend Protea hotel Ndola

Had a wonderful stay at Protea Hotel in Ndola. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and homey. Great variety on the buffet menu and wonderful service by staff. My children loved their time here including a jog around the premises and Levy Mwanawasa Stadium

Not upto the standards of Marriott for sure. Although this one has a good landscape but in terms of room quality and other services, falls below the standard of typical Marriott though. They don’t provide required toiletries in the room (toothpaste, brush, shaving kit etc.). There are no proper Almirahs to keep your clothes though they have done some low end arrangements. Shower is faulty in the room with no flexibility to move it. Room size is also small. There coffee machine were not working so they don’t have caffe latte or coffee cappuccino, only option was the filter coffee which I don’t take. They don’t have much to offer for the vegetarians as place.

This has become my go-to hotel in Ndola. Friendly and effective staff with good food all round

I was under whelmed...maybe because I have been looking forward to staying here that it didn't live up to my expectations. Smaller 3 star hotels have been better in my opinion. Note,not that it's bad. The staff members greet you 31 thousand times.. unsettling 😅

Incredible place. The conference room is spacious and the surroundings are serene.

Good food. Clean accommodation. Friendly Staff. Although some of the waiters, weren't rude, but wasn't so friendly either. Managers were always caring.

Very nice and serene environment. The hotel has very friendly staff and the covid-19 guidelines are strictly adhered to and well implemented. The food is mouth watering and so tasty. I would recommend to any one that's looking for a great place to stay while in Ndola.

The staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate for special arrangements. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The cuisine is scrumptious.

First time went there and the place was not as good as I would normally expect from a good quality hotel of international standard. The Ndola branch is just good enough for  conferencing and not ideal hotel for corporate travellers I suggest. I can't even talk about the meal I was saved 🥺

Rooms are clean and a good size with all necessary amenities. The weekend buffet menu was terrible! It had very few options to choose from. The breakfast was okay, I enjoyed it. Good place to stay if you're looking to watch a game at the stadium. It's a stone throw away.
