You can take exhibiting cars in 0 floor.Nice place to take some time without payment of parking lot. Not huge and store also small compare than Audi forum in Ingolstadt

All the employees are so respectful. They explained & demonstrated each and everything very beautifully. Thanks, Team Audi

Never knew that Audi started manufacturing Bicycle and hats off to their vision to transform it into a global leader for quality cars. They present their humble journey PLUS the visit to factory was amazing. What stood out was cleanliness, sort of JIT approach on the production floor. Teams on the floor seemed enjoying their work, undoubtedly they produce good quality cars

Was once again an "ok" experience, took the factory tour but unfortunately there was not much action because of a production pause due to the workers break time. Bad timing, poor planing. Poor preparation as Audi spelt my name wrong on the pick-up display though. Took a pic, but not what I really wanted to see. Breakfast and lunch were nice and my new car is an unfortunately a disappointment as it is different shade of grey to what I was expecting. What you see is not what you get! Compared to the Nardo grey Audi I already own and wanted to match, it's darker but shares the same color code (????) Reached out to Audi about it.... no response.

Yesterday, I was here to pick up my first Audi. And I have to say that the service was excellent! Everyone was very friendly and super customer oriented. Also the pick up service was top - especially “Marco” (forgot his last name 😅 but he is the bold guy and has an earring on his left side) was awesome in explaining everything to me. The best service I ever had! The three course lunch menu was also really good - very delicious!

Brilliant tour, saw the A8 production line in operation. The guide was informative and friendly, he was very knowledgeable about Audi as a whole and not just this factory and was happy to answer questions about anything. Unfortunately for us the R8 production tour only runs on Tuesday, but that does give us a reason to visit again 🙂

Picking up new car is always a good experience here, despite Covid. They just started testing very small tours of the factory again (we were 4 people) and the restaurant (set menu) is open only to customers - very strict Covid regulations, we always felt safe. Bistro bar and shop also open. Very enjoyable and relaxing few hours.

If you're a car enthusiast you will love this place. Some great history of Audi in their lobby. The factory tour is just like enough other. They all talk about how "exclusive" they are compared to their competition. I really don't like that part of the visit, but what is a guy going to do.

The factory tour itself is absolutely breathtaking - even for non-Audi fans. Highly recommended! However, the rest is subpar. 3D video currently is not in service as they are doing renovations. The on site shop is overpriced - you can find 80% of the goods cheaper on amazon.de (and the latter delivers to your home)! A few cars are scattered throughout, both old and new. However fancier new cars are locked so you can't climb inside. Restaurant on site is great, too. So, go for the factory tour (book in advance to arrive just a few mins prior to start), and skip the rest.

We enjoyed our time at Audi forum. Staffs there are very friendly. There are not just nice cars but also different play areas for kids. Some of them require a special code which can be obtained from the staffs. Audi always offer nice accessory collection. There is always something on sale every month. Restaurant is also good but a bit costy. There is also a Expresso bar that offers small snacks and drinks. We had a nice time there with the family.

You’re not allowed to take pictures in the factory, but the process of building a car, seeing it up close.. baffling! We started the day with a breakfast in the restaurant, which is really good (bit expensive)

Quite small, wish it was larger. Only few cars and a cool gift shop. Wish it had factory visits for general public and not just Audi buyers. Or may be I missed them?

Nice excursion to the plant. We've seen the assembly line of A8, which was interesting. Nice shop, nice cars. Plant excursion was only for 9€ which is ridiculously cheap.

👍👍 Grht steil hoch. Die Aussicht lohnt sich aber allemal. Man sieht gut über Neckarsulm, Heilbronn und die umliegenden Ortschaften. Auf der Spitze gibt es zwei Liegebänke und weitrere Verweilmöglichkeiten.
