So
I
went
to
The
Grand
Gastrobar
because
I
came
from
Colombo
for
my
personal
work.
I
had
to
stay
there
from
10:00
am
to
4:00
pm.
To
be
honest,
I
asked
one
of
the
stewards
if
it
was
okay
to
order
meals
and
stuff
for
the
morning,
lunch,
and
evening
if
I
stayed
there
until
4:00
pm.
He
told
me,
"No,
sir,
we
can't
reserve
this
area
for
that
long."
Even
when
I
inquired
about
ordering
items,
he
mentioned
building
payments
and
rentals,
suggesting
it
was
fine,
sir,
if
I
ordered
something
every
hour.
I
can't
say
that
all
the
staff
is
bad
due
to
this
interaction,
but
it's
not
great
customer
service.
If
a
customer
asks
and
places
orders
for
morning,
lunch,
and
evening,
including
tea,
it
means
they
are
willing
to
spend
a
reasonable
amount
of
money.
They
should
welcome
such
requests.
I
didn't
ask
to
stay
there
until
4:00
pm
just
for
a
single
coffee.
It's
disappointing,
and
I
don't
want
to
post
that
person's
photo.
Even
after
this
encounter,
I
didn't
want
to
stay
there.
The
place
is
really
calm.
I
would
advise
even
IT
engineers
not
to
visit
this
place
for
an
extended
period.
The
steward
told
me
there
is
a
study
area
for
one
hour,
charging
Rs:
2000.
You
can
imagine
the
guy's
attitude.
If
they
had
warmly
welcomed
me,
I
would
have
stayed
and
spent
money
without
any
issues.
Due
to
their
response,
I
chose
to
go
to
Lace
Cafe
instead.
When
I
called
them
and
asked
if
I
could
order
things
and
stay
until
4:00
pm,
they
simply
said,
"Yes,
sir,
sure,
you
can
stay.
No
worries."
That's
the
attitude
you
should
have
when
doing
business.
There
should
be
a
proper
way,
and
only
then
will
customers
recommend
your
place.
I
want
to
bring
this
to
the
attention
of
the
management
as
well.
Please
don't
let
the
reputation
of
your
place
be
affected
by
the
behavior
of
one
individual.
I
know
it's
not
the
owner's
fault,
but
one
person's
actions
can
impact
your
business.
