Highly recommended place. Neat and eye catching environment and very friendly staff. plus kid-friendly environment. They gave us some great recommendations and we were so satisfied with those. Meals are great and best burgers in the town. ❤️🔥 Update (2022/Nov) : And also thier pizzas are awesome. One of the best places in Sri Lanka to experience great pizzas. And their french fries are the best I've had.

Super nice, classy place for anyone who is around negombo area to have a drink. We ordered a tandoori chicken pizza from their pizza menu, french fries and potato wedges from their tapas menu, and strawberry mojito and passion mojito from their cocktails. Prices were not much high and potions were sharable. Their cocktails were great as well as the food. The place has a cozy ambiance and must be much cooler at night. Asylum offers a great service with a friendly staff. It was my first outing after the third wave lockdown and really enjoyed our time there.

One of the best restaurant to chill out in Negombo town with a different experience where you could hear the sounds of the moving trains and vehicles instead of waves or loud music. Atmosphere was quiet good in both indoor and outdoor dining area. Food experience was so good. It was delicious, ideal portions for a single person, presentation was creative and eye-catchy and worth the price. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. Customers are being treated so well and the staff members were friendly too. Limited parking space is available. Highly recommended for dine-in to feel the best experience.

We went all the way from Colombo to eat their Texas Grill Platter. And we were not disappointed. It's located near the Negombo Railways Station. We reserved it in advance and they were very welcoming. The staff was friendly and took care of us. The platter overall was very tasty. I personally loved the Roast Chicken and the fried rice. Other notable items were Chicken wings, Prawns, and Pork. The beef was a letdown as it was hard as rubber and didn't taste anything. And the crabs were a bit small and overcooked. It is usually enough for 6 people. The platter cost around Rs. 16k ++. Their prices are a bit high compared to even some Colombo restaurants.

A very beautiful ambiance restaurant situated in Negambo. We ordered Chicken fried rice, pepper beef and deviled chicken along with lime juice for our whole family. There were around 12 of us. Food soooo delicious. Served us pretty fast. Great service. Keep up the great work. Loved everything. Worth the money ❤️

I loved both indoor and outdoor ambiance. Food is delicious  but a bit pricy. Egg and cheese kottu is really good. However they lack vegetarian options so they should add some vege items to their menu.  We tried some good cocktails  during the happy hour. Staff is very friendly.

Lovely ambience, delicious food and a super-friendly and helpful staff. They had an extensive menu and everything was good. Especially the nasi goreng, kottu and mojitos were superb. Pizza and pasta was fine as well. It has its own little rooftop, that is nicely decorated, despite being in the busiest part of the town. Nice for drinks, great for a family gathering too! Update: It was my wife's birthday and they were kind enough to gift us a delicious ice cream with an eye-catching presentation ❤️

I went on 25th Jan 22 after 9:30 pm. Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. It's definitely not like other expensive restaurants around negombo and you only get a small amount of food. The Chef seems to be constantly inquiring with customers about food and service. Cool calm place to have dinner in the middle of the negombo town. Perfect for a date. Food quality also good. I tried Aslyum special mix kotthu and It was awesome. They are not serving beef. Strawberry milkshake also good.

Very tasty black pork burger set at just 1950 LKR which also comes with a free coke/sprite. Only drawback is the pork was a bit fatty and the burger was spicy with chili slices inside. I was struggling to eat my burger as it was too hot :( Perhaps the clientele is mainly locals but it’d be nice to include non-spicy options for international customers too. I was the only customer on a Wednesday night for dinner at 7. Impeccable high end service and cleanliness.

It is an unbelievably wonderful place situated in the busiest street in town. The place has a great ambience and very well maintained. Without a doubt serves some of the best food in town. Their portion size is very large and the menu has a wide range of meals along really good drinks. The customer service is good. Value for money is high. Parking is a bit tight due to limited spots. Been here several times and undeniably a pretty good overall experience.

Had one of the best pork chops I had in Sri Lanka. Can highly recommend for most of the menu items. Only flow is mosquito if you dine in outside. You may ask for mosquito spray in case. They mentioned there is live music every Saturday

Bit busy in the evening, but the best place to have dinner witch is located at the middle of Negambo town. Staff is really cool and friendly. Foods are so tasty and fresh for reasonable price. So many variations of foods. Tip: You should try Asylum special mix koththu, and thank me later 😍

Best place we found in Negombo. Cocktails here are wonderful, Ranil (bartender) & Praneeth (waiter) were very friendly and hospitable. Ranil makes wonderful cocktails, and Praneeth helped to order best dishes which we liked a lot.

On the mid-higher end of the spectrum. Really nice ambiance and got live music on most weekends. Check their Instagram page for updates.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Negombo. Everything about this place was down right amazing. The space, the view and the ambiance was perfect! The food was amazing. The Chicken and Sweet Corn soup was great. The Black-Pork and Bacon Kottu is an absolute treat! The music was great and satisfying. Customer service is excellent. Not overpriced like the other trendy restaurants around Negombo. Will definitely visit again.

Such an amazing place to visit in the night in Negombo. First impression itself was wonderful! Food was delicious so was the excellent service given by staff specially Rochelle. Highly recommended!
