One of the well know retail outlets in the footwear sector in Sri Lanka. Credits and visa cards are accepted when purchasing. Some styles are very old eventhough the quality of products are unarguable. R&D team of Bata should rethink of introducing trending collections in order to make a massive purchasing hit.

🤩The employees are providing us a great service from the moment we enter, until we leave the shop.They are very helpful, that we feel, not to leave the shop without buying any shoes.They have a great variety of high quality shoes matching for our choice, Eg.Sport shoes, school shoes/socks, gents shoes, ladies sandals/slippers/shoes, rubber slippers, etc.Especially the Sport shoes are very soft and lightweight, but expensive.They even accept both visa and master cards💸 😕The reason for me to give 4-star rating, is because, it's hard to park our vehicles as their is a small parking space.If there was a good parking space I could have given 5-star rating.😃

I'm very happy with their shoes for schools and also slippers and running shoes. If you want high quality you should go somewhere else but they are very nice and helpful . Overall good service

This showroom is located in the center of Negombo, The staff here are very friendly and I find them very helpful in choosing Shoes, Especially for school shoes, this place is the most suitable, According to my personal experience and the pair of shoes I bought are of very high quality and it is confirmed very well, If you want to buy high-quality shoes at a reasonable price, I suggest you this Bata showroom.

Very dissapointed with the service provided here. Footwear displays itself not arranged in a proper manner with a dull environment. Employees are also not so helpful with assisting customers. And very limited parking area.
