I believe its a newly built arcade because the arrangements are nice. There's something in common, you need to know about dialog arcades before you go. It's always full. Not because of they have the largest coverage in Sri Lanka. Because, I would simply say they don't care about customers. As you can see the attached photos almost every cubicle is empty, while so many customers are waiting. As you can see, the token says my waiting time would be approximately 35 minutes. That means, I have to spend 35 minutes, doing nothing there, just looking at the faces who are there. Unfortunately, though customer care officers are not available, there is bunch of promoters for phones selling and other stuff. I would like to remind dialog that there are so many phone shops to purchase phones. We do use dialog because of the network. So I would like to suggest the management that you should focus on customer care services than trying to sell phones at higher prices. The sad truth was I had to wait for 1 hour 20 minutes to get the things done, but the system sends an automated message at the exact 35 minutes, to go to the counter no. 4. Dear Dialog staff, I bought a dialog connection does not mean I have to waste more than 1 hour time, just to change a number. Please move on for a good strategy for god sake.

Ridiculous waiting times !! Said 11 mins on the token and had to wait around for over an hour to get called out. The customer service personnel who interacted was not well informed ! Had to wait for more than 20 mins for her to activate my IDD connection!

Neat and Tidy place. Some counters are handling by Sloths. They need much time for a lil requirement. Some of them are quick as same as Ants.

Service is not bad. They open until 5 p.m. in the weekdays. The waiting time is depending.

Good service Went in an afternoon it was less crowd at that time and I was attended very fast. My problem was directed to technical team. Next day they called and change faulty tv decoder. Now I feel i should have done this earlier!!
