It's a NYC gym in the town. U get the premium feeling that u sometimes miss out in some branded ones. Trainers are good and one of trainer named Anil is good and friendly and humble in nature. U get an SMS of new updates that happens in gym. They'll provide u personalised card of ur workouts. The owner himself sometimes ask about our experiences being here. A yearly package is worth . Decent experience of steam and jacuzzi bath for what u pay! Equipments are good. Cleanliness and hygienic all the time. U have place to rack up ur shoes here that u don't have to carry back them home. It's been around a month and yeah going good🤞

Well maintained and trainers are good. There is one trainer available all the time. 1. Need to carry your shoe and keep it in the rack. You are not allowed to wear shoe and come from outside. 2. All other casual gym rules apply. 3. They claim to help manage our diet if you take full membership but they haven't done it in 2 months since joining. 4. Overall pretty decent gym.

Good fitness center

Well experienced Trainers are more important than the gym or in any field for that matter, one can be ace with such guidance without need of much infrastructure. I feel Tilak is one such trainers, to join this gym for. Gym equipments are decent and working in good condition not at all a problem unless you are more concered about the looks of the gym than the motive to join in first place. Fee is affordable for now and hope it remains like that for years to come.

Too costly and per steam bath we should pay extra, simply giving publicity that we have steam bath and jacozzi bath, i think its a cheap gimmick

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.
