My wife had a problem with her ear and we consulted Dr. Arun and it was a good experience. It was initially referred for a surgery but after doing the examination by Dr. Arun and team it was concluded that surgery is not required and the ear got healed. We went to Gitanjali for our daughter to attend Speech and Language sessions by Mrs. Edna, as she had speech difficulties. The service was way too good and was beyond our expectations, the staff especially the SLT team was very brilliant and efficient, they were really friendly with my little girl, tolerated all her tantrums. Edna and her team was really patient with our girl and was very dedicated to providing the needed help. As a result of their efforts we saw a great change in our child. They also was helping us to train her at home. Me and my family are very thankful to Edna and all the other staff in Gitanjali. We will strongly recommend Edna and the Hospital to any parents in our situation. A simple word of Thanks is not enough to show our gratitude to them for the help they have provided us.

The hospital is located on a one way road, which makes it difficult to access. They provide appointments with token numbers but doctors do not follow token number. Even though their charges are on the higher side, service provided is poor. Staff show a laid back attitude and do not value time. Even though the number of out-patients are less, due to the slow attitude of staff, will have to spend hours to complete a consultation. Hospital services do not justify the charges and hence will not be recommended.

the doctors are good but the people in the reception is very bad. i had taken an appointment very early but when i came there on time, they made me wait for an hour. i was very sick and couldn't sit for long and i told them that. still they didn't give heed to my pleas. i wish they appoint better people in the front desk.

My wife got infected with conjunctivitis after undergoing a couple of procedures from this hospital. Think that they are not bothered about sterilization of their equipment after a patient's treatment. Please be beware of them.

Very good experience from Gitanjali. Especially, Dr. Arun, he is one of the very best doctors I have met in my life. He is very professional, calm and understanding; and most importantly he takes enough time to hear us. We have a lot of confusions and stressful doubts during my son's adenoidectomy procedure; But Dr. Arun and team have done an excellent work and it was really a tension relieving. We are very much impressive with the friendly staff and overall experience. A few points to note, should take the prior appointments otherwise the waiting time will be much more. Even if we taken appointments, sometimes the waiting time is more; since they are providing express consultation, it may delay the appointment timing. During our hospital stay, the house keeping activity like room cleaning was not a appreciable one. There is only a small dust bin in the bathroom; not provided any other bins in the room. Also the bed and bedsheets should have been better.

Small but Very good atmosphere there and good experience with ear treatment...I think it is the best hospital for ent...don't think for other hospital..this is the best option...one problem we face is the parking...small parking for approx 5-6 cars at a time..

A good hospital in Trivandrum city for ENT treatment and surgery. My mother had undergone a tympanoplasty and is recovering well. They have a well experienced team of doctors and nurses who are sincere and caring towards the patient. Other staffs at the hospital are also courteous and helpful. We had a lot of apprehensions over the stay due to Covid spread in the city, but was assured that the hospital is in a safe zone and the staffs are clean. My mother undertook a covid test on the day of admission, took the surgery on the second day and reached home the third day. The later visits to the hospital for post-operative care was also easy and without much delay. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Arun and his team in treating my mother well and helping her through a speedy recovery.

The Super Speciality Hospital for Eye and ENT situated at One way road from Vellayambalam established in 1984. This is the most refered private hospital for Eye and ENT care. The hospital has vertigo clinic, Thyroid clinic with 30 bed medical care. The campus is Air-conditioned. Consultation fess is 300 but express consultation cost 500 rupees. The hospital has nice ambiance and parking facility. Staffs are well trained and over all great experience.

The worst hospital ever. No place to sit patient. You will be caged in a small room. No enough doctors. Visited multiple times for thorat infection. Each time I'll have to struggle to see doctor and end up consuming antibiotic. And no cure. 😁. Doctors are busy always no time to treat patients.

We are very much satisfied with the services provided by Geethanjali EYE & ENT Hospital. We visited here for my mother's cataract surgery. Thankful to Dr. Ambika Shetty , a pleasant and compassionate doctor who patiently listens to her patients. As ensured, she made this surgery successful and my mother is extremely happy to regain a perfect eyesight.
