Worst experience in Apollo, when I went there for taking vaccine they gave tokens to everyone , I felt so good about their idea to maintain social distance , but no staff followed that tokens and went with recommendations and not called any number untill they felt all the recommended candidates got registered and vaccinated , I have never expected such a worst experience in such a big super speciality hospitals ,I have waited for almost 3-4 hrs even I came on my give slot timing. When I ask them for the reason why they didn't follow their own rules the they are defending their behaviour even after this they are expecting 5 start rating from me . How mean the hospital staff are 😠☹️😞

My father is getting diagnosed with Dr. Bhakthavatsal Reddy gaaru at Apollo Nellore. He recently got by-pass surgery with Apollo which doctor has suggested for his condition. I was unable to walk, unable to move properly due to my neck nerve problem. I went to Appollo hospital on wheel chair with somebody help. Then I had happened to meet Dr. Anand and Dr. Yeshwanth Sandeep, they identified the issue and advised me ACDF surgery to overcome my sickness, Me and my family afraid of surgery but the two doctors helped and made me ready for surgery it said that post surgery I will be able to walk.. As Dr Anand and Dr Yeswanth promised me, I was able to walk with in 5 days of post surgery.. Me and my family is very happy and I must thankful to Appollo nursing staff and my two doctors... I should also say thanks to Dr. Manasa, she was very supportive and on time response whenever we had queries. Overall all me and my family was very happy to get treatment in Apollo.

I went for vaccination 2nd dose on Dec 30th for me and wife.Vaccination place is located in basement and the billing person is not available may be due to less people and asked to get the billing from ground floor reception. I went there and asked one of reception person and he was asking my number unprofessionally and I have told my number and was also asking about names and dose, as a multispeciality hospital they should have proper records with all details of status about vaccination people when we give our mobile number but I see the reception person keep on asking about to whom you want vaccination and I told that you should have records my father,mother( fully vaccinated) and all of us have taken vaccination in apollo only.Has a minimum process they should maintain all records in their system and inform customers about status. I see they are not giving proper training and unprofessional people are sitting in reception billing.
