Doctor is very responsive and patience to explain about surgery and good care till discharge and keep follow up and patient condition. No parking, we had to park somewhere far with 2 children and walk all the way to the hospital in the traffic road. Very bad. And after asking and entering the concerned department which is in another buildimg erd floor, we were again asked to go to other building to get op. They could have guided us beforehand. With 2 small kids, going here and there is too cumbersome. Department is good (pediatrics). Dr. T. V. Nagaraju sir is very nice. He explains the conditions well and is very friendly. He is the main reason we visited that hospital. Otherwise we would avoid going to Kims.

I lost my 36days healthy baby😭😭😭 because of 1 human mistake I lost my baby, every second we are missing my baby and after incident the answer from doctor (I don't want to reveal his name) was unexpected. I enquired about best pediatrician and choosen this hospital but life long pain we received. I think now every one forget this but as a Mother it's life long pain 😭😭😭😭 Suggestion: Try to accept the mistake and punish the right person but don't blame the victim and victim's family.

Good afternoon kims, I'm vinoth. B today my grand father discharge. Teartment is very good and also way of treating is good but one complaint that is why you are not applicable to YSR Argoyasri. This is very same of in our hospital. Lot of poor people came to your hospital, and also below lower class people's came to your hospital.. My concern is please add the YSR argotasri card.

Admitted my Grandfather in MICU, Hospital staff are attentive, polite. The only issue patients facing is language problem with Nursing Staff. Most of them Seems to be from North East States of India, they are not able to understand patient regional language and patients also unable to understand nursing staff language. Huge communication gap between Nursing Staff and Patients where ever patients know any other language than their Regional Language. Hope Management rectifies the issue.

Today we went for cardiology Dr.Srinivasa Raju appointment. Very late process of seeing patients in cardiology dept. Hours of waiting drain of the energy of the patients. Today we waited for around 2 hrs. and left the place by taking consultation fee return. This may be due to attenders allowing their known persons early or may be due to Doctors instructions to allow patients only after 3 to 5 hrs. of waiting.

I Consulted Dr.Rajesh Kumar ENT for my voice change on 5th Dec.He performed Endoscopy,explained the issue very clearly and why voice got changed. Post 3 weeks medication ,I underwent micro laryngeal surgery to remove extra skin on vocal card. The way doctor explains the root cause and perform diagnosis is fantastic.Thanks Dr.Rajesh Kumar sir..

We approach KIMS for my son treatment. Dr venkata Ajith Reddy sir treatment is superb.All good from our side. 5th general ward Staff and Ward members are very good, and the ward atmosphere is very clean and neat.

We joined KIMS baby NICU Section for my born baby health issue and we spent around 5 days in hospital. Hospital environment was good and friendly staff. Dr. Nagaraju and Dr.Ajith Reddy are really good, nice treatment, clarified all our doubts. Coming to nurses inside NICU section are responded well. I had good response from paediatrician pushpa.

Before I joined the Kim’s hospital’s,We met the 2doctors on Tadipatri but they didn’t identify the cause they were saying it’s normal behaviour every baby but when I bring the my baby to KIMS hospital the Mahesh sir identify the cause and started the course immediately now my baby is perfectly all right. Note: once i joined the kims hospital every one is saying,Why did you join the KIMS hospital anantapur. I asked them back What is the issue.They are replying me back they will charge more money and treatment is not good due to the there are no senior doctors.so finally what I feel that Here many departments are there if one doctor treatment is not good obviously it will go the negative impact for everyone so don’t believe anyone. Doctor srinivasa Raju ver good and kind. Treated my bother with care and i am very happy with the doctor treatment. The staff in ICU were friendly and caring. All good with ICU facilities. I find the nursing staff at special ward room 403 are not good. Looks like they are new and dont know the process properly. I havefaced issues with the case sheet. The insurance team is vey good and supportive.

Dr. Janakiram such a worst doctor attitude never seen, he never visit on time patient, hospital staff nurse miss. Pasanthi in general ward 3 nasty fellow I don't understand how Kim's hospital hiring these kind idiots. Overall very disappointed with Kim's hospital. Most of the patients are scolding about the management I haven seen it in the hospital floor's.

My mother was first admitted in Apollo Nellore, because of low sodium levels except for lakhs of money absolute waste. We joined in very bad condition, they made temporarily good, and she again became very bad. Then we admitted her in KIMS Nellore, thanks to Dr. Mastan Valli garu, Nephrologist sitting in 3rd floor of KIMS, he took time to diagnose my mother thoroughly, checked whether it is kidney/liver problem, and gave proper treatment. Now she is well, after discharge treatment is also well as of now. Thank you very much Sir (Dr. Mastan Valli garu). Also, our sincere thanks to all nurses and staff who gave certain privileges because of her old age and weakness. Thanks to KIMS Nellore, however some nurses need to learn how to take blood samples from old people, as it is more difficult compared to taking blood samples from young. Once again thanks to one and all, including security for their help.
