There are vast changes in this outlet. Now entirely changed as self service, ac dining hall got closed and partially the kitchen moved to the other side. Lights are blinking and atmosphere seems not ok. Otherwise food taste are maintained well, coffee is the best here after having good food.

Inga food was awesome but a little bit cozy The coffee was excellent and one of the best coffee in that area Tea is also ultimate here Try dosai and pav baji my favourite and it's delicious Infrastructure is a little bit down here need for more space for accommodating people

I ordered to 2 parotta, 1 filter coffee, 1 samosa .. totally it'd cost Rs.147. Parotta is tasting good and hot but the salna not that Much good.

Located opposite to High court. Food is normal rate around Rs150. Combo available naan with paneer butter masala , veg fried rice with Gobi manjurian dry. Place is good. Crowd is good. Seats we get no more queue. Coffee is best .

I have been a regular customer of this branch of hot chips for about 20 years now. I can see the quality of food has deteriorated over the years. However, the quality of coffee is still the same. I love the coffee here so much that I travel about 10-15 kms once a week just to have the coffee. Since it is opposite to Chennai high court finding a parking spot during peak working hours would be next to impossible This place has parking on the road which is usually full even during off peak hours. However, during off peak hours it is easy to find parking spot a bit away (within 100 metres radius) from the restaurant .

Very old Hot Chips joint... hence, a bit costlier than the rest of the outlets. It's a self service restaurant. Food is either hit, or miss. But, If you're in the surroundings, absolutely visit for FILTER COFFEE AND TEA.

Food was horrible. Compared to other branches food is horrible in parys corner high court branch. We ordered meals and non of the items came with it were tasty.

We went for lunch at hotchips restaurant which located in front of High court, Chennai. Meals is ok kind of. Need to get coupon before entering in to the place. Self serving only. In Weekdays it's too crowded. Variety rices are around 70rs each. Worth for the money. Fastfood items also available.

South Indian breakfast at this restaurant was a delightful.The idlis were incredibly fluffy and had a delicate taste. They were served with sambar and a range of chutneys, including coconut chutney, tomato chutney.

Had my own lil experience of Chennai’s heritage with filter coffee at this Hot chips. What’s so special about it ? Well it’s housed in one of the iconic Indo Saracen buildings that are the crowning jewel of Broadway. If you need decent hygiene standards , stay away . If your immunity is Chennai bred , then the food won’t harm you . 😁 Namma chennai! Namma Kapi!

90 % of food quality is good and authentic South taste , 10% of food is I guess prepared by North Indian cook, I request restaurant should carefully look in to this matter.

There is a very very bad service in HOT CHIP PARRY in dosa there is a plastic. I have COMPLAINT in cash counter. After that. I was waiting more then 15. minutes From manager side no response They ignore the problem. I have shared picture. Please public there is NO hygienic place for kids and senior citizen.

One of the oldest hotel here, opposite to high court so has many people coming in and out. Its self service restaurant, food is fine, i go here for having coffee; location of coffee counter is good here, do try a strong suggestion. If having food here always try dosa and idly, pav bhaji is not so good.

We have visited this restaurant a couple of times while going to either high Court or flower bazaar for shopping. Taste of all food items were really good and not too spicy like other restaurants.

It used to be such a nice place to eat. We had takeout dinner after a hectic day off shopping. Ordered Masala Dosai and Chilli Parotta. After reaching home we had dinner and noticed the following:- Masala Dosai was nice, Sambar was okayish but both Chutney's were spoiled. Chili Parotta was very dry and didn't taste proper, this used to be their hotseller when I used to eat in my teen/early adult life.

The food was good. Very hot. Affordable also. I went there by 3 p.m. Eventhough I got nice hot food. Need more hygiene.
