My puzzle is top quality and so beautiful. Communication with Cartolina is excellent: I made a mistake in my address and they sent me the same day an email to tell me they changed it. Shipping was a bit long, but probably because I was so excited to have it… couldn’t wait!!! Will order again, for sure.

I have shopped both in store and online and have found both experiences to be wonderful. The shop has a great collection of specifically curated items - from blankets to soaps to art - that are all unique and great quality. The store couldn’t be more gorgeous- it smells fabulous and the staff is friendly and helpful and very welcoming. I will continue to shop with them when I can get to the store (which is over 10 hours from me but worth the time to go) and also online. Cartolina is a fabulous place! I hope everyone can go some day!

Great items! I also made a mistake when I placed my order and ordered two of the same puzzle. I messaged them and asked to swap one out for a different puzzle before they shipped and they responded quickly and did it no problem. Great service! Super happy with everything I got!

Bought a few posters from cartolina and I’m so happy with them. They fit perfectly in frames form ikea and have made the perfect addition to the gallery wall in our new home. The papers quality is absolutely beautiful and shipping was quick

Very cool store with affordable pricing and friendly staff but very disappointed with how they gift wrapped the poster I bought from them. They wrapped the paper poster sandwiched between the brown wrapping paper and tapped it so tight you couldn’t get the tape off. so when you grab the brown paper to rip it away from the gift the poster inside would ripped with it.
