Literally life changing. I was really going through it before I showed up, couldn't stop crying and she made me feel so safe to let it all out. I reconnected with my soul after my visit and I'm truly so grateful for the experience.

We did a couples 90min massage and I opted for a more in-depth/sports style and my partner more relaxing. It was INCREDIBLE. I walked out feeling limber and my hip knots were gone. So thankful! Will def be back.

My boyfriend and I came here for the couples massage and it was the most amazing massage I’ve ever had. I have never felt more relaxed and the salt cave was a super cool experience. It was my boyfriends first massage and he absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!!

The salt cave is so beautiful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. Jessica was wonderful and accommodating. She found someone to cover for her so we could go in the salt cave when she had to call out sick. Laura was very kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will definitely be back next time I visit Nelson.

Such a lovely experience in the salt cave in Nelson! My boyfriend and I had the couples massage and it was so wonderful, super relaxing. The ladies were very friendly and provided a great massage (sports for me, more relaxing for the boyfriend). Highly recommend this as a gift for a loved one our a spouse or a treat to yourself!

The atmosphere here is amazing, so calm. The salt cave is beautiful, we did a private session, and it was wonderful! Massages were excellent, reiki was so relaxing and centering. The products they use for facials are really really nice, my skin looked so healthy by the time I left. Staff were all very friendly and easy to chat with, made sure we were comfortable for our entire visit. Absolutely 10/10 will visit again ❤️

We took advantage of the group special. The owner is super-nice and welcomed our whole family. A memorable experience, and by far, the most relaxing part of our trip to Nelson.

The salt cave is an incredible oasis. Receiving a massage in it is heavenly. Love what Laura has created here. So worth checking out at least once - I promise you'll be back! A nice reprieve from the smoke, clarifying, and very supportive for allergies. I always leave feeling like my sinuses are totally clear and I can breathe fully again. Laura as a practitioner is highly intuitive and checks in and responds so well to adaptations to the massage. She excels at meeting the needs of her clients. Thank you so much!

Holy smokies! I just experienced my top-top favourite meditation at weeklyTuesday night intention-meditation at Himalayan Salt Cave! Laura facilitated a beautiful chakra-clearing plus offered the very most beautiful crystal-bowl sound-healing I’ve ever experienced -gentle colourful layers of sound...! And gorgeous heartfelt music to accompany here and there as well. Thank-you Laura! Totally recommend Himalayan Salt Cave to anyone and everyone who passes through or lives in Nelson, BC! Best massage in town. Sam and Laura are the best. Sam is one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Laura is quick to respond for bookings. The salt cave is absolutely worth a visit, and the amethyst room is so relaxing.

I cannot say enough good things about this magical place. I’m not sure what was more magical - the cave itself, or Sam’s massage. She has perfected the balance of relaxation and getting work done on your muscles. I left on cloud nine and so wish I lived closer!

Just had a massage done by Shirley in the salt cave room, WOW do I feel refreshed, recently took up the habit of ingesting nicotine and my lungs feel brand new! Shirley was extremely comfortable to be around and was checking in with me always to make sure everything felt great. Will absolutely be returning and recommending this beautiful space to others!!!
