I
was
prepared
to
be
disappointed
when
the
peach
pie
cider
I
went
in
to
try
was
sold
out
and
the
sour
I
chose
as
a
second
choice
really
wasn’t
what
I
was
expecting.
Lindsey
behind
the
bar
was
fabulous
and
brought
a
couple
of
samples
to
try
and
the
stone
fruit
sour
was
a
winner,
definitely
try
it
if
you
like
a
lighter,
sweeter
beverage.
We
were
also
really
excited
about
the
smoker
experience,
but
do
note
that
if
you
want
the
full
smoked
meat
menu,
you
need
to
go
for
dinner,
not
lunch.
But
the
brisket
sandwich
was
truly
a
“hot
mess”
just
as
advertised.
And
definitely
upgrade
your
fries
to
the
hedon
version.
So
flavourful
and
perfectly
crispy
on
the
outside
with
soft
centres.
The
garlic
dip
wasn’t
a
necessity,
but
it
did
add
some
extra
zip.
The
absolute
highlight,
though,
was
the
hillbilly
hand
grenade
appetizer.
These
are
so
far
above
the
average
jalapeño
poppers.
Gently
spicy,
wrapped
in
smoky
bacon
with
a
sweet,
fruity
note
from
the
glaze,
the
flavor
profile
was
amazing.
It
was
definitely
an
expensive
lunch
coming
in
at
over
$100
all
in
for
two
people
with
beverages,
but
if
you’re
down
for
a
splurge,
the
food
is
great,
the
atmosphere
is
cool
and
the
service
was
stellar.
