Very disappointing experience this morning. Where are all the baked goods/pastries at 9am on a Friday?? Croissant? Pain aux raisin? Kouign-Amann? Bought the only 2 things they had..bread and cookies, and both were old. Especially the baguette, could barely tear it, it was so hard and stale. I have had great pastries here before so I really hope this was just a one off.

The best bread and baked treats in town. I love their delicious sandwiches too, so unique and tasty. The staff is wonderful, and when I'm there I feel transported to France for a moment. Magnifique!

I think my favourite bread bakery in the whole world that I’ve been too. Just the most lovely ladies with some very talented bread making skills and full of love.

Stopped in this Bakery while visiting Nelson for some fresh bread, saw the sign for the pop-up pastries on Saturday and stopped in for those too. Best pastries I have had in years! So good! Savoury and sweet, all delicious.

We loved everything we’ve had here. Multigrain sourdough, focaccia. But the best was the raisin, walnut, chocolate bread. It was the best bread I’ve ever had, I think. They also have cookies and rolls that looked amazing and I’m trying them next. Cash or e-transfer only!

Fantastic We are so lucky to have both these guys and the Kootenay Bakery co-op in one town. I appreciate both businesses so much and use them both on a regular basis. These folks make very high quality breads with a true country home feel. They have a wide variety. Breads and treats. **cash only** Long hours. Quality ingredients. Lovely people. Always a pleasant experience. I've gone often and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Best bread and cookies in Nelson for sure. We went here everyday while we were in Nelson to buy fresh bread and those delicious cookies. We didn't try the sandwiches but they looked great too.

Every time I visit Nelson I have to go to this bakery. The bread is soo good and same with the cookies. I'm hoping they'll come out with a cookbook!
