Had a blast, kids loved it. Super cool puzzles and story line. Wanted to do the second room but ran out of time on our visit this time around.

We booked in for the Madden Hotel escape room and it was sooo much fun! We didn't catch the guys name who worked there but he was super friendly and definitely added to the overall experience! It was entertaining to say the least and definitely recommend it to anyone who's in the area :) thanks so much!

Funnest experience, can't believe it took us so long to try this out. The whole adventure was very well laid out, really clever puzzles and the construction of the adventure and ship was superb, all the way to the grand finale at the end. We'll be back for the next one very soon. We'll definitely be recommending these great escape rooms to our friends. We just started geocaching since Covid hit, and I think it helped us solve the puzzles in a more efficient way. We were down to the last puzzle with 2 min on the clock, and made it out just in the nick of time! Great fun had by all. :)

Pirate adventure experience was hands down the best way to escape the covid blues with my littles ones. The host was super attentive to my youngest who was overly spooked when the shipped moved and needed an break. The host was incredible and distracted her with dress up and hats while we completed the game. I was so impressed I'm going to throw my nephew's birthday here!!!!

The year was suppost to be 1936 in our spooky fortune teller escape room. The vibes and mood was supposed to be creepy, eerie, spooky... however that was not the case. I'm sure  the employee is being paid to emerse us into the experience, but she did a terrible job. Instead she had a friend come over with a dog and could not keep quiet for the duration of our stay. We paid for an experience, instead we got a full gossip conversation about boys, dinner reservations, take out orders, her dog constantly whining, the two girls laughing loudly and just talking about stuff that we didn't pay to hear. The walls were thin and not soundproof and they didnt even attempt to be quiet. Curious if they were drinking because when we got there, there was a alcoholic cider beverage on her desk. When we were finishing the last lock, the dog started scratching at the door, and the employee said "oh are you going to help them? Going to help them win??" Totaly runing the experience. The puzzles were awesome and it was a fun time trying to figure out how to get out, but the experience and mood was completely lost. 1000/10 not worth the $50+ with the talking and distractions.  Next time don't bring your friends and their dog to work for gossiping

Such a cool place! Staff is super nice and it's right off mainstreet. It's our 4th time in an escape room and we barely escaped before the time was up. Great puzzles and story line!

We had the best time during our stay in Nelson. Highly recommend the Fortune Teller game which was created by the owner. We will be back to try more!

Upon walking in you notice the venue is very dirty, walls need painting, drywall mud not sanded or painted, the props in the room were falling apart dirty from second hand stores or the street, not clean, not enough direction from the staff.

Queen City was fantastic! They helped me with my escape room engagement and were so accommodating! The fortune teller mystery room was perfect for the occasion, and they even had a professional photographer take some photos of us afterward (not pictured here).
