Most bland tasteless coffee I've ever had, the beans they' use are horrible, do yourself a favour and get a coffee from the servo, much better than this place. Noticed the owner gives himself a 5 star review rather than listen to actual customer complaints, nice one Fred!

I've been to Paper Cup Labrador a number of times and enjoyed good coffee and food. However, I suggest some new ceramic crockery is needed, plastic plates scratched and look old, floors and shelving including counter and food display cabinet, should be spotless and scatter cushions on bench seating dirty, they desperately need a wash. Wall around seating dirty and pot plants thirsty and dusty. Staff friendly, but need to spend spare time cleaning, not checking phones.

This coffee place is so, so good, used them a few times now. Coffee is just how I like it, have had toasties also really good. Highly recommend this place, wish it was up on Sunshine Coast.

Muffin was frozen in the middle, service was poor we ordered our standard order they we get everytime we order and this did not come out when we said this not what we ordered it was slapped down in front of us with yes it is, when we said sorry no it's not we ordered a skinny cap not a latte it was taken back and chocolate sprinkled on the top and returned again slapped down hard in front of us. We generally like paper cup coffee and know go to Southport one

Acai bowl peanut butter with cocoa nibs is the ultimate satisfaction bomb. Keep up the good work papercup.

My partner and I had acai bowls here, they were delicious. The staff were really friendly and service was fast too.

Terrific coffee and ambience. Took grandkids and there's heaps of games etc for them to do. They also make great hot chocolate and tasty food.

Paper cup coffee shop I had a bacon and egg roll from there the bacon and egg was burnt and the roll was so flat and not fresh I noticed the woman that works there she took the ready made bacon and egg roll straight out of the freezer and then heated the bacon and egg roll into the microwave oven I'm very disappointed in there service I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone😡👎

The coffee is among the best I have ever tasted. The food is delicious. My only criticism is the logo. It is terrible! I was turned off entering the cafe because of the cheap looking logo and didn't come to the business, even though I drive past every week. I had to mention my experience to the be staff. My honest opinion is that if this coffee shop had a stylish logo, they would be struggling to keep up, as they really do make an exceptional coffee :)

Love the coffee here and they have vegan chocolate for the coffees so I can finally enjoy a mocha again! So yum. Best almond milk coffee on the coast :) Staff are always very lovely as well.

Great coffee, acai bowl is tasty. The chai they use is vegan and they sell lovely flowers wrapped in paper. Good vibe. Well worth stopping here.

Service is amazing, food is great- especially the Açai bowls and your chicken toasties. But please bring back Blackboard Coffee!!! I use to proudly say this was the best place and coffee on the coast, but unfortunately with the beans you guys are currently using this is not the case!

Great little cafe in a unassuming location next to a servo. Really great coffee and a light breakfast menu - bacon & egg rolls, avo toast, pastries, etc. I had the açaí bowl which was delicious and HUGE. I struggled to finish it! Good value for the money. Great, sun filled outdoor and indoor seating. They serve Blackboard coffee and even sell the biodegradable pods. Will definitely return!

Very friendly staff - always a great coffee & they even whip me up a avo-tom-sourdough instead of the feta-version - dogs are welcome since there's always water & dogtreats for free 🐶💕

Worst coffee! Congratulations to the new owner who has completly ruined one of the best coffee shops on the Gold Coast. I've been coming here for the past 5 years and today had the worst 2 coffees I've ever had. They got rid of all the good staff and changed the beans to what must be the cheapest option available. There's an old saying 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it!' Response to owner: bring back blackboard coffee beans and the excellent barristas who actually know how to make a decent coffee. I don't want your offer of a free coffee because I know the beans and barristas are terrible, never coming back.
