    今まで利用する機会がなかった早朝時間に先日初めて利用し、思うことがあったので追記します。 いつも夜に行っている時の評価は以前投稿した下記のまま変わらずですが、朝スタッフの働きぶりにはとても感動しました。 誰一人として無駄がなくテキパキと清掃に励んでおり、夜と同じ施設とは思えないくらい綺麗で気持ちが良かったです。普段、利用者が拭き上げを行わないような細かいところまで丁寧に吹いていたり、挨拶も覇気がありますし、更衣室内でお喋りしている会員への注意喚起も堂々とされていたり、とにかく夜バイトスタッフと同じ給料だとしたら不憫に感じるくらい素晴らしかったです。 一方、夜のスタッフは就業後にジム利用しているスタッフを交えて複数人でずっと談笑していたり、空いたマシンを清掃することもなく、ただダラダラと歩いて、同じところの消毒シート補充を何時もチェックしたりと無駄が目立ちます。PTの方々が社員なのだとしたら、他のバイト陣への指導などはされないのでしょうか?学生バイトを取りまとめるのは大変だとは思いますが、せっかく良い人材もいるのに全体の評価が下がってしまっているのは勿体無い気がします。 【以前の投稿↓】 •区営の体育館でさえ当たり前に設置している浄水器がないのに驚きました。水分補給は自販機にある割高の飲料水を購入するしかありません。 •「施設」があたらしいだけで、至る所が不衛生で汚い。 •ウェイトマシンやランニングマシンの利用制限時間が短すぎる。 マシン利用中も監視するかのようにピタッと横について凝視されているのは本当に本当に鬱陶しい。 極少数ですがトレーニング知識がありそうな男性スタッフは、しっかりとこちらのタイミングと、トレーニング意図を汲み取って様子を見てくれている気がしたけれど、いかにもトレーニングしていなさそうなヒョロヒョロなスタッフに限って間が悪く、わざわざイヤホン外させてまで話しかけてくる。「話しかけてくるなタグ」のようなものがあればお互いにストレス無いのでは?(その後、ブレスレットが導入されたが機能しているのかは不明) ジムの閉館時間も土日祝が早いうえに定休日もあり、なかなか予定が合わない。お盆休みや年末年始休暇が1週間近くあるジムなど聞いたことがない。世の中の人が一番、時間を持て余す時に行けない。普段からスタッフは余っているようなので、少人数運営や24時間エリアだけでもどうにか開けられないものなのか。 スタジオレッスンが魅力的なだけに残念です。 開館当初は探り探りの運営になるのは仕方がないでしょうし、こちらでの投稿や利用者の声に耳を傾けて改善しようとしている点は高く評価したいので、今後の対応に期待を込めて評価を改めました。

    I left my membership the other day. Compared to when it opened, the time it takes to take a shower has obviously become shorter and it has become more difficult to use. Also, the water in the bathtub was starting to get dirty, so I had to take a shower which was not easy to use. The bicycle parking space is too small for the number of members. It's always so packed that I have a hard time getting my bike out. Since it was not a place I could walk to, I had no choice but to go there by bicycle, but I got tired of it every time...

    ・費用面 早割で永久割とはいえ、毎月8000円程度お支払しても、スタジオプログラムの予約は取りづらいし、年末夏休みはジムもしっかりお休み。そしたら早割がお得ということはなく、キャンペーンで会員になったお客様の会費は同じサービスで月2980円〜なんと最近は1980円ですって。ただでさえ予約がとれないのに人が増えて絶望的。レギュラー会員は予約枠を増やすなど付加価値をつければ納得がいくかもしれない。割に合わない。 ・合宿所のような貼紙 「着替えに時間を使わずに、運動のために使いましょう」という貼紙には笑った。誰目線…(10月末日追記:貼紙は外されました) また、鍵紛失で使えないロッカーに対して、普通の会員制ジムならば「ご迷惑をおかけします。この場所は使えません」とするところを「会員による鍵の紛失が起きています。管理を徹底して下さい」という文面になっている。もしかして、会員を教育・指導してるつもりなのかな?会員制ジムは教育機関ではなくサービス業。会員は生徒さんではなくお客さんです。勘違いしないように。 ・周年行事? 一周年の缶バッジもスタッフのアロハシャツもいらないから、プールに脱水機、ジムに冷水機を置くべき。予算の使い道が公務員。還元になってない。

    仕事の電話がかかってきたため、やむを得ず一瞬トレーニングエリアで電話にでて会話した、開業から通い唯一ジムエリアでことばを発した瞬間。すかさずスタッフが近寄ってき、身振りでやめろやめろ!と合図を受ける。そのスタッフに謝り早々に電話をきる。その後、常連および他スタッフと楽しそうに談笑するそのスタッフ。ことばを発することがNGなのか、電話することがNGなのか。規定だから電話はNGなのであれば、トレーニングマシーンを占有している常連と談笑するスタッフはOKなのか?使いたいんだが。 ルールだからと思考停止していないで、根本的に何故その行為を制限すべきなのか見直すべきでは?論理的にど詰めしようとしたけど、腹筋したかったからやめた。

    不満をまとめると2点。スマートフォン中毒の使用者が多すぎることと、毎月の費用の割にジムを使えない時間が長いことです。 ーーーーー この辺で唯一バックマシンがある。 それだけ。なので高くても渋々通ってます。 まず、トレーニングの合間にスマートフォンをいじってる人が多すぎます。 脱衣所でダメなのはわかりますが、そもそもトレーニングルームでも禁止にすべきと思います。 空いてる平日昼過ぎの時間だと思ってスタッフも注意してないようですが、腹筋マシンとレッグマシンはいつもベンチ代わりにされてます。ガラガラなのにスマホいじりで埋まってて使えないので、運動できずにストレスになります。 もしくは、スマートフォンOKの休憩ベンチを置いてはどうでしょうか? 全体的に他のジムより設備もスタッフの質も高いですが、それでも費用が高いです。 なぜなら、夜にも通う人からすると、ジムセルフは実質2日休みなので(前日の夜から休館になる)、実質運動可能時間が他と比べて短いからです。したがって、高評価は無理です。 よそより高い金払って、よそより運動できないのはおかしいです。 ほかのジムにバックマシンが導入されたらそっちに移ろうと思います。

    I joined last month. There are too many bad points. ・If you are told at the time of registration that you can cancel the option at the reception desk, One point: “Please do it yourself on my page” In the end, I had not set an ID and password during registration, so I set them again. However, about 3 people changed before we got to that point. ・Reception staff often talk privately. Loud talk and small talk The staff in the gym area are friendly and greet you well. ・I don't mind calling staff members by their first names, but it's not pleasant to hear. ・There is a lot of dust in the gym area. ・Even though private conversation is strictly prohibited in the bath, the ladies are extremely noisy. (Also gym area) ・I heard that there was a personal training staff during the tour at the time of registration, but they never came, so I couldn't ask for detailed instructions on how to use the machines (although there are some simple instructions). ・There is a 24-hour self-service gym, and there are separate lockers for those open before 10 a.m. and those open from 10 a.m., but an announcement inside the facility said, ``Please move your luggage,'' and when I went there, they were still cleaning and said, ``At 10 a.m.'' Because of this," a contradiction occurs. I was concerned about this point. The membership fee wasn't that high, so I tried to ignore it, but I just thought it was terrible. The condition is that you continue for six months, so after six months, you will go to another gym. The reception staff are very flashy and wear a lot of makeup, so if you want to look that fashionable, I think it would be better to go for apparel. Of course, there are staff members who are kind to you, but they are few in number. I think it would be better if I didn't write the name of the staff member who was having a hard time dealing with me. Many of the users are neat people. That's too bad

    Up until now, I have almost never been greeted by reception staff. Is it the facility's policy? The staff often chat with each other, but when a customer arrives, they stop talking, don't say hello, and just ignore me. Customers have to go to the reception desk where a staff member is present for facial recognition, creating an indescribable atmosphere. Other fitness areas, such as changing rooms, bathrooms, and machines, have cleaning staff on duty at all times, and they are always kept clean (as the staff also supervise and wipe down the machines). Hayashi's hands are sticky from sweat on the machine, and his hair is falling down in the bathroom, making it uncomfortable. Is there anything that can be improved?

    I've been using the treadmill and women's spa for about a year now. The building itself is beautiful and I like it, but the ladies in the women's spa are very noisy talking.As it's a bath, their voices echo throughout the spa, which makes me laugh. Today too? It becomes. It seems like there are people who think that way, not just me, and a while ago a sign was put up telling people to refrain from talking loudly, but they don't seem to think it's about them, and they're being very noisy today as well. It was (´;ω;`) I'm sad because even though I try to exercise hard and take a relaxing bath at the end, I can't rest at all. I want them to realize that everyone is watching them. Also, there is always a set number of people chatting, I think there are about 6 people in total, but since they are regulars, there are usually a few people who come after 9 o'clock when they want to take a bath. I think he's someone we've become friends with through our lessons. I know it's fun, but I'd like to talk to you at the gym or something. I know it's hard for the store clerk to tell you, but I guess it can't be helped. . .

    It's good that they've increased the number of people in the arena and studio, but everyone has to lay out their yoga mats in different positions, so depending on the location, the space is so small that it feels like you'll be bumping into each other. I would like them to be consistent, such as placing the numbers in the center of the yoga mat. I would also like the instructor to announce where the yoga mat will be placed before the lesson. If you want to use users' opinions to make improvements, I think the facility should conduct a user survey instead of using reviews here.

    I have been to about 3 fitness clubs of various types in the past, and I think this is a well-balanced club overall. The studio lesson program is rich and has a wide range of options, allowing you to take lessons according to your individual interests. The machines are easy to use, and the staff will carefully explain anything you don't understand. I started personal training in April, and not only do I train, but I also manage my diet, so I can effortlessly shape my body toward my goals, and it's fun to see the results. Personally, I would especially recommend it to those looking for a reasonable fitness club for the following reasons: - Entrance/exit management is performed using facial recognition, making it convenient as there is no need to carry your membership card around. - Lesson reservations (locations can also be reserved) can be made online, so there is no need to line up to reserve a spot (no more wasted time) ・The number of lessons that can be booked at a time is limited to three, so if you think about it, you can make reservations for popular lessons (I think it would be even better if there was a system that would allow you to fill in when a spot is available at the last minute). ・Membership fees are reasonable and easy to maintain for a club with this level of equipment.

    The studio lesson teachers are all wonderful people, so I highly recommend this gym to those who like studio lessons. It's a lot of fun because the lessons have a lot of variety. As the number of members increases, it becomes difficult to reserve lessons, so I don't really recommend it... I think this is a great gym for people who really like studio lessons. However, it is a pity that there are only 3 lessons per day. The number of reservations is unavoidable, but I feel like if there were no daily limit, I would be able to go to other lessons I want to attend. So the stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I have been going to the kids' gymnastics and pool since it opened. It's been over a year since I started attending. This is a review from a mother's perspective. Instructor/Staff ・Slowly and gently. Strong guidance. Careful guidance tailored to the child. ・The cheerful greetings from all the staff made me feel good. ・Instructors have a good balance of veterans and freshmen. ・I am grateful for the collaboration between the gymnastics coach and pool coach. Children attending school ・The children's motivation increases when they receive a certificate when they advance to the next grade. ・This is my favorite place and I don't want to take a day off even on my special day. Hope for improvement ・During pool class changeover time, the women's locker room was extremely crowded. ・The bicycle parking lot moves and is difficult to enter. I see parents who have had painful experiences and people who are in trouble. ・As there is no parking lot, I hope that the bicycle parking lot will be improved. The reason for joining was the warm-up experience before starting school life. But now it has become an important place where there are many adults who watch over him every week outside of kindergarten. The best thing about kids school is that parents and children can have fun together♪

    I send my kids to this school, and my eldest son, who couldn't swim at all, is now crawling really fast, probably because of the way he teaches. So I have no complaints about the quality of the teachers. However, there are too many children whose parents have a low level of citizenship. A mother casually enters the men's locker room. It would be a big problem if a male parent did the same thing. I also feel that children of such parents have many problems. I get into trouble a lot. I think that if the monthly charges were drastically increased, this would probably be drastically reduced and sales would also increase.
