    It costs 10 euros to send back to Holland. It might be obvious to write it on their website, I paid 30 kr for delivery. Delivery costs are just as expensive as the product itself. Customer service apologizes, but they will not pay for the shipping, and explain one must then sell the product or give it to a friend 🤦‍♀️

    WARNING SCAM WEBSITE! The products are fake and of very poor quality. No customer service or ability to return.

    This is not a legitimate company. Just read all the other reviews about undelivered packages and unrefunded money.

    This is a scam company. The bags are with error in sowing. Ether they are from outlet with errors or fake. In the package there is a document with return label removed from it, so you can not return it. Customer service not responding. Scam company!

    This is likely a scam. After receiving a defective product, I contacted the company multiple times but did not receive any instructions on how to return the product or when I might receive a refund.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered a hat 21 days ago that supposed to arrive in 2 days and I keep writing them but all the answer I receive is "wait longer" because they didn't sent the product with tracking number. After 16 days they decided to contact postnl (or thats what they say) because still no answer from them for 7 days now.. I am keep requesting to refund me and sort out the issue with postnl themselves but no. Soon i will be waiting a whole month.. Ridiculous. DONT ORDER FROM THEM
