Was recommended Moscot shades by a buddy, and I was not disappointed! The in-store experience was awesome too, Sam was very helpful and not pushy at all; he even advised me to go to another store where I saw a pair of shades I was considering, so that I could compare the models properly. Ultimately I came back to the store to buy my new shades. Had a few laughs, tried on a bunch of shades and got great advice - Thank you! :)

Last month while visiting Amsterdam, one of the nose pads on my prescription glasses broke off. My wife and I were at the Rijksmuseum, and saw that this shop was nearby. A short walk later, we stopped in to see if they could fix my glasses or come up with a temporary solution. The owner was extremlely helpful and found a way to repair them, while we waited. The hinge of my glasses was broken. I just saw the store and went in to ask if they could fix it. They easily fixed it in 2 mins and didn't charge anything. 5 stars from me

A beautiful store full of unique frames and with a very tasteful design. The staff is fantastic, especially Jeroen, who was very nice and polite and was able to help me quickly with problems related to my glasses.

Moscot has the most fashionable and timeless frames out there. Combine that with custom tint and lenses, and you’ve got winning eyewear. The fact that there’s a location in Amsterdam is great, the friendliness, helpfulness, and expertise of the staff at this location is even better. The optician is in-house and an excellent dude. High praise and highly recommended.

My glasses had some issues that the temples didnt hang tightly at the ears side anymore which made me feel uncomfortable wearing them. I came there asking for help, expecting to pay a small cost for it. There s a man helping me to fix it with a perfect customer service (He carefully checked and was very kind to explain the issues.) without any cost, which surprised me. For sure I will go there once I need a new pair. Super.
