the sate lontong was great. the guy serving us was very nice. i don’t recommend tomatos on gado-gado though.

Very nice and friendly owners, we felt more like at a home than in a restaurant. And the food was just amazing - the Gado Gado with sticky rice was excellent. We've been eating out for the last few weeks on a bike trip through Europe and this was my favorite meal so far. Cannot recommend more.

Authentic, spicy Indonesian food that was really fantastic. The highlights of our meal were the Ayam pedas, nasi goreng and the house made sambal. Portions were big and prices were really reasonable. Staff are also so friendly! We are south East Asians on holiday in Europe and this was like an oasis in the desert- definitely recommend to anyone missing Asian food

Had dinner here once, big plate of food. Delicious and only 12 euros. My boyfriend just brought me a bun with tempeh and it was yet again sooo good. It’s my favorite little place in Haarlem so far. Will take my Indonesian dad here soon so he can try the food!

Tasty Rames. I ordered witte rice (I guess it was Nasi uduk - cooked with coconut rice), bakmi, ayam kari, rendang, and vegetables. Nice warung, finally drink teh botol sosro after awhile. The food tends to be too sweet for me. What distinguishes this warung with others is that they provide free flow condiments and this is really Indonesia typical, such as kerupuk (crackers), palm sugar, sambal, spicy sauce and soy sauce. The benches in front of and in the side of the place are really typical Indonesian warung. We also bought some delicious snacks, such as pisang goreng, martabak and lemper. My kid really likes lemper. The location is nearby Haarlem train station.

Fundamentally a takeaway, but we ate in twice when we were in Haarlem recent. Good food, authentic even by Indonesian standards... loved the sambal. Decent prices. Friendly staff! See you again when we are next in Haarlem.

Ordered a full meal (€12.00) with bami, 2 vegetables, 3 meats and 1 egg. By far one of the best Indonesian meals ever. Almost exceeds the way my Indonesian grandmother use to make it. Wow. The must go toko in Haarlem! EPIC

Wonderfull food in a small-size toko: This is a MUST when eating in Haarlem. Sweet little toko offering wonderfull food for reasonable prices. My huge recommendations for small budgets and not too extended exptections. Its a small family driven restaurant close to the trein station.

Unpretentious eatery with great food. Share a table with others to dine in. They do takeout The yellow curry mixed vegetable (Sayur Lodeh) Owner was even very kind to cook for me the Indo Mee (Instant Noodles) they were selling because I can’t cook in hotel.

Homemade taste. Variety of foods with just the right level of spiciness, sweetness and savory. Really liked the empal daging, a mix of sweet and mild spiciness. Kind staff and friendly owner. 2 eating tables available for dine-in. Recommended for those who currently live far away from home or who wish to try homemade Indonesian food.

Very tasty food for a modest price. Friendly staff. I am not too familiar with Indonesian kitchen, yet the 4 stars due to using primarily microwave. Great for takeaway.
