    My fiancé ordered a jewelry box and bracelet from this store through third party website. I can't be more happy about their products as it's good quality and i am very happy with the jewelry box above anything else.

    Empty box sent from Swarowski - nicely wrapped to disguise the scam. Never again - a pity that V&D does business with this party.

    Deals very poorly with returns, seller pays, does not deliver or does and hates rules. I wouldn't buy here (anymore). And emails are NOT answered.

    customer service not available. deliver things via bol and then you don't get the product you wanted. Don't recommend this company.

😠 It's been 2 weeks that I ordered a charm and I still don't have it, their customer service is a joke, they didn't understand English and just hung up the phone. The other phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails, I think I got scammed. Never buying from them again.
