Bought two bags and paid >1.5k euros. Before I left the store, store assistant proudly said: "trust Burberry quality". Drove back home and found one of the bag strap had a factory defect. And after waiting for more than 2 days for my email to get answered, not a single breath of response. Hella plenty for Burberry quality huh?

Asked today for a tax free but didn’t get it. Seller said €519 was too much and they never give tax free if I buy something that cost more than 300€ . She just didn’t want to do it. Ruined my mood. All other stores gave me tax free without any problem even for higher amounts

The prices are pretty steep for an outlet, and the sales often aren’t that impressive, €300 off €1000
