A. It was supposed to be delivered at 7:19 PM but they arrived at 7:55 PM. B. Then you call the company, they say you will be called back for a discount or possible money back deposit. C. Waiting hungry since 1,5h whilst delivery time was indicated with 35-55minutes, shop is closed now and i dont know if i will get food at all. very upsetting

We ordered, but they called us stating that they could not deliver because no longer had rice, they would deliver the next day instead. It did not happen, they did not deliver and kept our money. We tried to contact them but the line was busy every time. We later went physically to the shop, they told us to come a different day at midday and pick up the meal but then when we went there they still had not prepared it. Three days later we once again went to the shop and finally got the meal, but still anyway had to pick it up ourselves and keep it in the fridge until dinner. A very unpleasant experience indeed.

I have witnessed one of your employee verbally abusing and physically assaulting a woman by throwing an object at her. We had to call the police who recorded a complaint. He walked away.

Delivery person was 3 hours late, No response to emails (because the delivery person promised compensation) And not worth the wait, because it contains the listed ingredients. But mainly filled with the cheapest. And the rest is hard to find. (If you like cucumber and soybeans you're good, because Rice and fish is maybe 5% of the pokebowl)

Bad service, took two hours to arrive only for my chopsticks to be missing and the sushi to be mediocre at best, the rolls contained almost no fish with some only being filled halfway, I won't ever order here again and wouldn't recommend ordering here to anyone else

DO NOT ORDER HERE. We order at 15:28 and it’s 17:10 and it’s still not here and thuisbezorgd says that it’s going to arrive shortly for the entire time. Very bad service.

Same story as everyone here. Received the order 2 hours after ordering. With the wrong food, a California roll instead of crispy mayo. Called immediately but it was busy. So only if another order was placed in our area would they deliver the good food, otherwise they would not. Whether we wanted to contact customer service via the site. Ordered more often, not used to them and certainly not expecting this bad service.
