Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Located right in the city center of The Hague. All of the facilities are super fancy, neat and clean. Bed and pillow were super comfortable and they provided me with a towel, earplugs and padlock (for the locker in the room). Having an extra bathroom inside the dormitory was super helpful. Kitchen and terrace were amazing as well! So easy to meet different people from all over the world. Best thing is they have their own bar 2 minutes away so you can have lots of fun for a very good price! Thanks specially to all the staff members. They were super kind and helpful from the very first minute! I will definitely come back very soon!

The location is superb - although it is noisy until well into the night as it's in a main square full of bars... although to be honest the noise of the gulls was far worse when they started up at dawn! This Hostel was by far the best one I've stayed in so far. When i arrived the staff welcomed me very nicely. All of them were very kind and you can always ask them for help or if you need anything. It's also by far the cleanest hostel i have been to. Every room has its own bathroom but there is also a big bathroom on the 3rd floor with 5 showed and toilets and not once have i seen them dirty or was disgusted by anything. During the night it can be a bit loud, coz the hostel is located right next to a big restaurant/bar with loud music in the evening. But everyone got free ear plugs, so that was fine. Also congrats to whoever decorated the hostel. It's very comfortable and everything just looks so beautiful 😍 they also have a living room and a terrace that's open for every visitor and it's quit easy to get to know other ppl there, especially in the evening when most people decide to chill there or cook their own food in the kitchen. Definitely a cool extra were the baskets they had in the kitchen and in the common bathroom with stuff that travelers can leave there for others when they leave the hostel and don't need their food or bath products anymore. I loved it so much that i spontaneously decided to stay longer because I was sure it couldn't get better than that. So definitely a big recommendation. If i ever go back to Den Haag, i will definitely stay there again, without a question

Very good, central location within walking distance of either large train station. Good food options nearby and clean, modern rooms with easy access. My only small complaint was that my room was on the top floor of the building and sometimes the wifi would cut out. For me this didn't impact my experience at all, but worth mentioning. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great location, lockers & very helpful staff. But no laundry facilities available. Providing free earplugs is no substitute for doing something about the noise from some of the less considerate guests (after 1am!)

Was here for 3 nights and here are my thoughts: - The (albeit nicely done and well equipped) kitchen / living room is open 8:00-23:00, which, for a hostel I think is too late. Backpackers often travel early in the morning, and with this, you either leave later or you don't put your food in the fridge overnight. I get you don't want drunks to ruin the area, but 7am would be better. - Although they do have a variety of different bins (with recycling labels), all the rubbish is then mixed and thrown away together, which is unacceptable in 2023! It isn't hard to have clear bins and recycle. - There aren't enough lockers on each floor for the people in the dormitory. 3rd floor had around 16 lockers for what I suppose are 24 people. There are tons of unused lockers around the corner from the kitchen / living room, but that means you have to go up and down the stairs. It would be better to move a few more upstairs and distribute them better. - There is a small bathroom in the 10bed dormitory, and while it's close and convenient, it is a little bit noisy (during the night) and slightly smelly. - I had a towel and clothes hanging on my bed, and when I came back in the afternoon, they were all on the floor. I get you need to change the bedding, but for common decency, pick up what you made fall down! + the big shower / toilet are nice and clean. Would I go back there? Maybe yes. But there are a few things they need to fix.

The hostel is located directly in the center with lots of bars and restaurants around. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

You can tell the hostel tries to make you feel at home; the design is homey, our dorm was clean and spacious and the kitchen offered everything to store and cook your own stuff. It seemed like a nice place to hang around and meet other people. The hostel's location is also very central but also part of its main con: it is VERY thin-walled. You can hear the people in the rooms next door as well as outside. The hostel gives you ear plugs for free and we could sleep relatively well but still, this hostel is probably not ideal for light sleepers.

Nice and clean hostel in the heart of the city, very friendly staff, small but well-equipped guest kitchen with terrace. Our room was big enough and very quiet. The room had a no wardrobe, though, but what really bothered us was that you can't open a window. Not even a bit. Instead, there's a constant airflow coming from a louvre in the wall which can't be regulated, neither by the guests nor the staff. Also, the receptionist was very happy to be told that the toaster was broken, but this had no effect on the toaster.

4.6 stars seems about right. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are some of the best I have stayed in. They are not above and beyond, but still very clean, up to date, and adequate. I say that, but the kitchen was definitely the best equipped kitchen I have been in. It's right on Grote Markt which is quite cool, but that can make it noisy at night, luckily they provide ear plugs knowing this. This hostel was also the first hostel I have stayed in where the large majority of the people staying there are female, so if you are female solo traveler this is a very good option. The downside was the limited amount of socialization and lack of activities, it just makes it more difficult to be a solo traveller sometimes.

We stayed in the Triple delux room. The room was amazing and cool looking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel location is great. Although it could get a little bit noisy at night. Overall I really recommend staying at Pink Flamingo. I know I'm going back there myself when I get a chance.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Nice cooking facilities, terrace, very clean, and the decor is lovely. The staff were nice as well. Good location with it being not far from the central station and right in the city centre. My only complaints are that it was very hot in the room at night and there’s no air conditioning. I did ask for a fan and they were happy to provide one which helped, but I’m not sure why it wasn’t already in the room to begin with on hot days. It was quite loud outside at night, which isn’t their fault. I’m a light sleeper and I was able to fall asleep with my ear plugs in. One thing that would make this Hostel really great is if they did Hostel events. For example, a dinner together or an organized pub crawl. It would be easier to meet people that way.

Everything very nice, super friendly, they switched our room since the 1st one was to cold in the attic. The kitchen was big enough. The only thing that I didn't like was that in the morning you could hear everything that was happening in the street. I also missed free coffe or tea during the day, since it's cold outside.

Myself and my mother stayed here for 4 nights (including a weekend) in September. Although it is noisey outside, we had absolutey no trouble sleeping. We were there when the weather was 30 degrees, there was a fan included in the room which was fantastic. The staff were super! They were friendly and helpful. The only issue that we had was the shower doors kept coming off the rail when they were opened or closed, but they still did the job!

The location is 20 minutes from the train station and very easy to navigate towards. Showers are attached to the dorms and the beds are clean. Staff is very clear and helpful.

The reception staff were great with asking for help. There was an ensuite in the 6 bed dorm but also a larger shared shower area which was nicer to use. It could be a bit noisy over the weekend, but they provided ear plugs which I used, but didn't have much issue sleeping. The rooms might be a bit hot in peak summer, they provide a small fan for the room.

This was my first experience in a hostel and it ended up being a great one. The location of the property was perfect, everything was close. The people, guests as well as staff, were all very lovely and friendly so the fact I was travelling alone did not bother me one bit. This place was really pleasant and the reception was nice :) and seems excellent as a hostel. I had to check out earlier than the scheduled time and it was made possible for me, then I was also able to leave my luggage at the hotel until it was possible for me to pick it up later that day. The interior design is cute and the cleanings are frequent, though, as a tip for improvement, it seemed a little dusty to me one night (but only once out of four nights). There are also some nice recycling pins for separate materials; nice for people who like to recycle. Finally, I lost my keycard and paid for another one, then I found the original and got a prompt refund on the same day. I am very satisfied.

Food and drinks are on your doorstep as well as shops and public transportation. They provide earplugs to all guests, because for some the prime center location can be a bit loud (if you're not used to live in a city center). But they thought of everything. Nice hostel. Rooms get cleaned daily and every room got reasonable toilet and shower. The kitchen is so big. You can host your guest and make good food. Everything available in kitchen and there is all trace which hast good and silent atmosphere on sunny day. It's 15 minute to central situation and next to hotel there is tram stop. The only down side is that sometimes there are party on street and get a bit louder.

Rude management I took the staircase in the hostel to the wrong entrance/exit! There are no signs to indicate the fire exit and it’s the main staircase for the hostel building. The hostel asked me to checkout and leave as it’s a no entry but not signposted! I was embarrassed, humiliated and very annoyed at this. I am a respectful guest, kind, very friendly and have never before been asked to leave any premises. This is beyond unacceptable and I have lost all respect for the hostel.
