This beautiful café is great for a quick drink or an amazing evening. There is a large farriery of drinks ands snacks. Whether you are a lover of sweet or something like fries this place is yours. You can just come by without a reservation. The waiters in this place are charismatic and love to chat. The few from the seats and tables outside is outrageous. Last visit was a disappointment. Unfortunately the staff made us wait a long time while the terrace should have been open already. they saw us waiting, but kept chatting to each other. That is not welcoming, and sufficient reason to visit the restaurant next door. Before that (before COVID) we visited this restaurant several times and our impression then was more positive: hospitable staff, nice beer list, tasty snacks at a reasonable price. terrace is spacious and sunny, atmosphere is casual and cozy. Therefore: one star deduction so that the rating comes to two stars. ---------- Update 11-7-2022: Last week, I received an apology, 9 months (!) after my review: "Sad to hear. Hope it was an incident. We are happy to receive you for a resit". As far as I'm concerned, a second chance is of course possible. The fact that the Google reviews are being read now (even if it is after 9 months) could be an indication that their customer opinion is taken seriously. I'm curious. Perhaps there will be a positive update of my review. I rather prefer to write positive instead of negative reviews.

Excellent place. The friendly atmosphere delicious food and being able to watch the sunset on the beach made it a really memorable evening . The young ones in the family loved Frank 'beer ... While us oldies stuck to ginger ale.

Good 'oldies' music, nice English pub style atmosphere and some quality sandwiches from the lunch menu. Great discovery of an IPA I had not tried before: Punk IPA from BrewDog brewery (Scotland) which Harbourlights has on draught! Minor quibble: it was quiet in the pub during our visit (just a few patrons) but the only person serving still seemed to be a bit overwhelmed...

When I went there was no menu, only a qr code. The menu qr code has lower prices than what is on your bill. Every other restaurant I have been to respects the menu prices and does not change them on you. I don't know what the Dutch laws are in most places but that's illegal in my country, it's considered false advertising. I asked the waiter to adjust my bill but he did not, so I just dropped it and paid. My recourse is a negative review and hope you improve your behavior for the sake of future clients.

Much better than the Harbour Lights near where I live (in England)! A tad expensive, though, but that seems to be normal for The Netherlands?!?

We had three times in a row dinner and drinks here during our short trip to Noordwijk. Friendly and welcoming staff, good music, dogs are allowed inside and great burger. 👍🍔

The Guinness is delicious. Staff are friendly. Nice and clean place. Good food.

Service was ok but our meals took an hour to arrive. I’m not sure I would go back here for a meal when the terrace is full. Beer was good.
