Unfortunately
because
of
personnel
at
the
reception
of
SPA
center
I
had
very
upsetting
experience
on
my
bday.
Visit
of
the
spa
was
planned
by
my
husband
as
a
surprise
to
my
bday
(I
have
a
6
months
old
baby
so
I
am
tired
and
need
to
relax)
on
the
19th
of
October.
I
had
no
idea
where
we
are
going,
all
I
knew
is
that
I
need
to
take
a
swimsuit
(eventually
was
not
needed).
We
arrived
at
9:30
instead
of
9,
planned
2
massages,
hoping
that
they
will
be
at
the
same
time
but
it
was
with
30
min
time
difference
and
each
massage
was
only
30
min
because
the
lady
at
reception
planned
so
plus
we
were
till
2
pm,
had
lunch
at
1pm.
We
went
inside
spa,
I
did
put
my
swimsuit,
my
husband
had
swimming
shorts
and
came
the
administrator
to
tell
that
we
had
to
take
off
swimming
clothes
(
later
we
found
out
it
was
a
naked
day
and
my
husband
didn’t
see
it
while
booking,
because
he
went
to
a
different
big
spa
before
and
it
was
with
clothes).
Ok
first
unpleasant
surprise
cause
I
never
had
such
an
experience,
I
feel
uncomfortable
and
I’m
after
caesarean
cut.
We
were
trying
to
relax
a
bit
because
the
complex
is
very
nice,
nicely
made
and
I
was
impressed
by
Mexican
style
cenote
with
salty
water,
and
to
enjoy
staying
which
was
hard
and
I
wanted
to
run
away
from
there
but
it’s
my
problem…
Massages
we
had
at
12
and
12:30
to
be
on
time
for
lunch.
My
massage
was
meant
to
be
with
a
lot
of
oil
even
in
hair
and
I
have
long
hair
so
it
was
at
12:00
but
when
we
were
waiting
for
massage,
a
guy
who
came
to
do
massage
said
that
it
is
other
way
around
and
my
massage
is
at
12:30,
receptionist
mixed
up.
Also
I
got
a
massage
by
a
man
apparently
because
all
was
booked
on
my
husband’s
name
while
I
saw
other
women
got
massage
from
women
which
I
would
prefer
too.
So
after
massage
we
ran
to
have
lunch.
At
lunch
if
you
want
to
have
anything
to
drink,
you
need
to
try
to
catch
the
waitress
which
were
only
3
for
the
full
restaurant
are,
so
it
takes
super
long.
After
lunch
we
ran
to
shower
and
change,
it
took
me
15
min
to
wash
my
hair
from
oil.
At
14:05
we
stood
in
lobby
and
10
minutes
waited
till
receptionist
will
get
free
so
at
14:15
we
were
giving
keys
and
were
told
that
we
need
to
pay
13€
for
each
of
us
because
we’re
late….
And
also
she
proposed
to
stay
longer
because
we
need
to
pay
anyways
on
what
I
said
that
I
can’t,
have
baby
waiting
for
me
and
I
said
that
it’s
unfair
to
pay
extra
because
it’s
not
our
fault.
In
any
case,
me
,
my
family
or
friends
won’t
ever
go
there
again.
