The spa is beautiful and whoever created it will be very saddened to know that the receptionists and the managers are ruining the experience for many people. I have, for the first time ever, been hit with this ridiculous rule of a SPA center that you need to bring your own towels and bathrobes. I have been to many SPA centers all over Europe and have never experienced this-they always give you a set of beautiful white towel and robe everywhere I have been. In this SPA everyone is walking around with different and sometimes colourful and broken pieces. They charge 25 EUR to rent if you don't bring your own. I cannot believe that this is not mentioned anywhere during the booking nor in the reservation emails you receive. They only mention it on a specific very hard to find page on their website. I don't believe you should go read through the whole website of a hotel and SPA in order to find out such crucial information and rule of your visit. The whole anniversary activity planned with my husband that day went to s**t because of all the arguing with the receptionist and the manager. They even went in the back with my phone to look into the fact that it's not mentioned anywhere and came back with my phone browser opened on their website page which mentions it. They looked through my phone without permission and without my presence. Terrible experience from the people there.

This is only about the hotel. The most expensive suit is like this. Also the light outside was always on..whole night. I was expected to use curtains, but I'd prefer to turn off light. People from neighbouring rooms were smoking and I felt smell inside my room, despite all windows were closed. I was very disappointed.

We had a great overnight stay at the Hotel with entrance to the wellness. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The whole wellness area is huge and it takes a whole day to explore all the different sauna‘s. Especially the salt water cenote is really impressive and unique. We would definitely come back. The only thing that didn’t impress was the breakfast in the hotel and the food in the wellness buffet restaurant which was quite basic and felt very crowded with not enough service staff. For the level of hotel and wellness we would have expected a bit more and had better experienced in other wellness spa‘s in the past. However, since we came for the wellness this did not matter that much. Highly recommend to go there if you want to try a lot of sauna and have a beautiful garden to relax.

Unfortunately because of personnel at the reception of SPA center I had very upsetting experience on my bday. Visit of the spa was planned by my husband as a surprise to my bday (I have a 6 months old baby so I am tired and need to relax) on the 19th of October. I had no idea where we are going, all I knew is that I need to take a swimsuit (eventually was not needed). We arrived at 9:30 instead of 9, planned 2 massages, hoping that they will be at the same time but it was with 30 min time difference and each massage was only 30 min because the lady at reception planned so plus we were till 2 pm, had lunch at 1pm. We went inside spa, I did put my swimsuit, my husband had swimming shorts and came the administrator to tell that we had to take off swimming clothes ( later we found out it was a naked day and my husband didn’t see it while booking, because he went to a different big spa before and it was with clothes). Ok first unpleasant surprise cause I never had such an experience, I feel uncomfortable and I’m after caesarean cut. We were trying to relax a bit because the complex is very nice, nicely made and I was impressed by Mexican style cenote with salty water, and to enjoy staying which was hard and I wanted to run away from there but it’s my problem… Massages we had at 12 and 12:30 to be on time for lunch. My massage was meant to be with a lot of oil even in hair and I have long hair so it was at 12:00 but when we were waiting for massage, a guy who came to do massage said that it is other way around and my massage is at 12:30, receptionist mixed up. Also I got a massage by a man apparently because all was booked on my husband’s name while I saw other women got massage from women which I would prefer too. So after massage we ran to have lunch. At lunch if you want to have anything to drink, you need to try to catch the waitress which were only 3 for the full restaurant are, so it takes super long. After lunch we ran to shower and change, it took me 15 min to wash my hair from oil. At 14:05 we stood in lobby and 10 minutes waited till receptionist will get free so at 14:15 we were giving keys and were told that we need to pay 13€ for each of us because we’re late…. And also she proposed to stay longer because we need to pay anyways on what I said that I can’t, have baby waiting for me and I said that it’s unfair to pay extra because it’s not our fault. In any case, me , my family or friends won’t ever go there again.

The best wellness I've ever been so far. In the evening it's cheaper. Attention! Every two weeks each Tuesday it's none nudist meaning it can be extremely crowded. Otherwise you need a minimum of 3 hours to enjoy at least once each of the sauna they have. Parking included in the price. Will return back for sure.

Second time me and my partner have been here and we personally really enjoy our visits. We always go to wellness spas on our travels and this is the best place so far by quite a long way. It’s not cheap but we feel it’s worth every penny when we leave. We would recommend staying over for the night and then you can have two days in the spa for a good price. Everything was provided but remember your own footware even though you can purchase some from reception in emergencies. Foods very tasty. We also love the massages. By the way if you’re British this is a no clothes facility so don’t invite your mum and dad lol unless you’re cool with that situation of course… Well I hope this review helps you with your decision.

Wellnes resort is great and I really love it there. After couple visit I am only disappointed about service in restaurant. They don't allow you to order coffee on bar and you must sit and wait. When you are sitting the waiting time for drink is over 15 minutes. Food is not worth the money. Is better to bring your own.

Nice place but the restaurant has to stop charging customers for water. The Dutch tap water is among the best in the world. At least give people the choice.

Really great hotel, spa and facilities, one of the best I have ever been to. Definitely looking forward to coming back there. For non-Dutch audience especially one piece of warning - the spa facilities and shower rooms are shared and on most days you are expected to go au naturel (without swimwear) which I suppose may be a turn-off for some people. Would be helpful if this was also explicitly mentioned on the website. I went with my boyfriend and we were not quite prepared for this experience, however ultimately managed to still enjoy the facilities and our treatments, as well as our stay in the hotel.

Die Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind sehr schön, super gepflegt (insbesondere hervorzuheben der Aussenbereich) und sehr hygienisch. Die Vielfalt an Saunen, so wie die Qualität der Aufgüsse waren top - hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Insbesondere im Sommer sehr schön, da man gleich nach einem Aufguss sich im anliegenden See abkühlen und anschließend die vielen Liegemöglichkeiten der schönen Außenanlage nutzen kann. Das Frühstück war auch super. Es gab ausreichend Auswahl von Pancakes, Croissants, Lachs bis hin zu Tee mit frischen Ingwer und Pfefferminzblättern wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Einzig das Abendessen bedarf einer Verbesserung. Wir saßen insgesamt fast 3h am Tisch für 5 Gänge und sind leider nicht satt geworden. Insbesondere die Wartezeiten zwischen den einzelnen Gängen (zwischen 2. & 3. & 4. Gang jeweils 45 min gewartet) haben wir als viel zu lange empfunden. Hier wäre es schön, wenn diese auf 15 min Max. Verkürzt werden könnten. Dadurch hat sich leider der geplante abendliche Thermenbesuch nach dem Essen nicht mehr gelohnt. Daher würde ich das Abendessen nur für Leute empfehlen, die den Abend ausschließlich für Essen gehen geplant haben. Ansonsten war alles aber sehr schön und würde definitiv wiederkommen und es weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Das Preis-/Leistungs Verhältnis war okay, wir wurden freundlichst begrüßt beim Einchecken, und überhaupt waren sämtliche Mitarbeiter immer ansprechbar - auf Englisch oder gar auf Deutsch. Unser Zimmer (Luxus mit Seeblick) war geräumig und sauber. Die Wellnessanlage ist überwältigend, insbesondere bin ich ein großer Fan der Cenote.

My girlfriend fell ill on the day we were going there for an awesome weekend. Wir haben in unserer Reservierung das Arabic Coffee Rasul gebucht - eine schöne Erfahrung. In der Buchung kann man direkt noch weitere Anwendungen buchen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und super gepflegt, passende Blumen und Pflanzen die zu jederzeit gepflegt werden (fällt jedoch nicht negativ auf) Die Möglichkeit im See schwimmen zu gehen oder in der Hängematte zu chillen ist ebenfalls super. Das absolute Highlight für uns war die Salzgrotte, unglaublich schön. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön, mehr als man für eine Nacht benötigt. Beim Frühstück ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei, Lachs, Pancake, Obst, Müsli, Käse, Wurst, verschiedene kaffevariationen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist wirklich die Qualität der Aufgüsse, hut ab vor dieser Leistung. Nicht nur die Intensität und Länge sondern auch die verschiedenen Techniken mit dem Handtuch. Die Musik in den verschiedenen Aufgüssen war ebenfalls perfekt. Die Preisklasse ist demnach auch gehoben was Getränke und essen anbelangt. Vom Geschmack wird man aber keinesfalls enttäuscht. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt allerdings unsererseits wäre da, dass die Tage an denen Textilien getragen werden müssen direkt in der Buchung erscheinen sollte als Hinweis. Dann hätten wir unseren Besuch jedenfalls um eine Woche geschoben. Wir haben es leider erst zu spät im Kleingedruckten gelesen, somit musste der Bikini leider mit. Das Publikum an dem Tag war deutlich jünger und teils leider auch unangenehm, man hat gemerkt das viele keine Saunagänger sind. Es war auch deutlich voller als einen Tag davor an dem Montag. Im großen und ganzen waren die beiden Tage ein super Ausgleich zum Alltag und ein Erlebnis zugleich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Today it was my first time a Thermen Bussloo. It was me and my father for a late Father’s Day present. So I chose the ultimate package with the sauna entree and a massage and dinner. The Massages were definitely the best experience. The massage therapists were very professional and knowledgeable. Me and my dad enjoyed the experience. The next great experience was the sauna experience. We did one of the finish sauna experiences and that was amazing. The staff was professional and approachable. Dinner was very good as well and we did enjoy the meal. They really tried their best to take car of us during the service. Now the reason why I only gave two stars for the service. When I made the reservation for the sauna experience it was not clear wether the bathrobe and slipper and towels were included. So this morning ing I emailed the customer service and their response was that it was included. Now when checking in the front desk employee was pretty rude and said it was not included. Now later on when checking out the spa over charged us for the towels and bath rope and slippers. Also it said on the receipt we had a towel exchange service however at the thermen they refused to exchange the towel for a clean one. Now multiple times we encounter rude employees during our visit and that just leaves a bad taste. For example while waiting for my massage a lady approached me and started yelling at me and embarrassed me in front of other sauna guests.
