The very positive point about this hotel is the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything is OK with this hotel except the lifts which are faulty and small and slow which creates very tight situations for the tourists on a tight time schedule. The hotel managers must immediately take all the necessary steps to rectify the situation which is very serious and important.

Great place to stay. Nice location, big and clean rooms, helpful staff, wonderful service. Worth the money spend.

This is a nice hotel with nice rooms. Really liked my stay here. The prices are good, also the rooms are big with everything you would expect and more. I tried the gym, it is small but has everything you need. The breakfast is extensive, it has everything you want and the quality is okay. The parking is across the street and there is enough space.

Rooms in this hotel are simply superb and have amazing views. Rooms were spacious and very well maintained. Breakfast was good enough. Location was also good. Staff are helpful and cool. Overall stay was very good and completely satisfied.

Stayed there on the 10th November. Good hotel rooms, huge for just two of us. Right next to the supermarket which made it very convenient for us to get our stuffs. Excellent room, it was huge! Everything was prefect, had the best stay in Europe. Breakfast was also good. Can’t wait to come back there, had the most pleasant and memorable day there .

My stay exceeded my expectations. I got upgraded to a deluxe room upon checkin. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and spacious with a nice runway view. Many amenities available.

If you have to stay here you'll feel like you are borderline slumming it unfortunately. I was here for 10 days. Upon walking in the first day I was met with a strong sewer smell. Not a good sign I thought. The buildling, elevators, hallways, walls, etc are very dated. The rooms are functional but minimalistic and the bed left a lot to be desired. Elevators are very small. On the plus side the staff overall were quite friendly. The internet was downright horrible and barely useable from your room. You'd be hard pressed to even make a simple, low bandwidth VOIP call. This and the noise levels were my 2 largest frustrations throughout my stay. I couldn't accomplish anything online and I had to change rooms 3 times due to noise levels. DO NOT get a room anywhere near the stair hall as when those doors slam shut you'll be awakened thinking a gun just went off! And DO NOT get a room anywhere on the floor beneath the breakfast restaurant otherwise you'll be hearing chairs pulled across the floors all morning long. The breakfast service itself was actually acceptable. Plenty of variety, lots of hot choices and good coffee. Some of the rooms come with fridges. The TV's were quite small as well. The area is good for extended stays as there are plenty of restaurants and a mall with a large grocery store just adjacent from the hotel. Hopefully though I will never have to return here.

It's what you'd expect from a Best Western hotel between a big city and an airport. We only stayed a single night after flight cancellations. Rooms are a little basic but clean, well enough equipped and fully functional. It only took us 15 minutes to travel better here and the airport (though this was a Saturday night/Sunday morning). The price included breakfast but our 8am flight meant we had to leave just as they started service. Staff were helpful and friendly. Seems a little isolated at first (looked like a residential area) butt if you look online there a few nice looking bars, cafes and restaurants within ~10 minutes walk.

Got out here for cancelled flight ( lots of people did). The staff was good but the place is very old, also arrived at 10pm and there was no where to get food. Their restaurant was closed and it’s kid in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were very large and beds comfortable but it’s very easy to hear your neighbors walking on floor above and opening and closing doors next to you. It kind of reminded me of an American college dorm. For what it is not terrible but hopefully never return

We booked this hotel despite being far from the center of Frankfurt, because they say every room has a balcony. Well, we arrived at 10:30 pm and AFTER SIGNING THE DOCUMENTS they made us wait in the lobby because 'the room isn't ready yet' (at 10:30 PM!) Then, after waiting for a while, they decided to give us a different room that is ready, but the balcony door is broken. We told them I specifically chose hotel for the balcony, but they claimed there is no other room available (the hotel has like 200 rooms). They did say that we can change the next day to a room with a working balcony door. So we agreed to take the room with no access to the balcony (we had to sign new papers), and when we arrived in the room there was no towels or soap. in the shower there was just some sort of hand soap. we went down to ask for towels, they gave us a few small hand towels. the rooms were big and clean though. We were never offered to switch rooms the next day either. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. I feel like i got defrauded.

Overall a poor experience. The rooms are spacious and our AC worked well for a summer day. That is where the positives end. The beds and pillows are subpar and not cleaned thoroughly and the bathroom had a healthy serving of black mold! Additionally, I attempted to change my 100 Euro bill for some smaller bills for the ride to the airport. They gave me back 75, and told me the ride was payed for. I get the ride to the airport and low and behold, they did not pay for it, and just stole 25 euro from me. Avoid this place, you can find closer or newer hotels that won't take your money!

Stayed here for one night when missed my connecting flight in FRA. Hotel is located 15 mins taxi drive from the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff meeting frustrating, tired travellers, so I much appreciate their assistance.. Spacious very clean rooms, everything you need is there - shower, comfy bed, and free high-speed wifi. Breath in and breath out, enjoy life moment, everything to the better ;)

the room is big, I stayed in 21 floor facing the south, view is amazing. There are air conditioners and heater available. Bathroom is big, however water from the bath tub could sometimes go outside. Breakfast is the best, located at the top of the building with amazing view. Lots of choices for breakfast. There is private parking space, 14 dollar a day.
