Nice hotel but little away from the main city. We stayed for a stopover. Rooms were comfortable; there is a parking lot available onsite. Good breakfast with lots of variety. We reached at 8.30 pm but unfortunately the restaurant was already closed. We got some options from the bar though. Overall a good stay.

Stay here on the way in other country and back . Very good service,staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Close to public subway station and airport. The only thing I wish they have washer and dryer for costumers.

I was personally surprised when arrived there. It is a bit challenging to find it in between all industry buildings but i made it. Despite lack of parking lots everything was fine. Starting by room quality up to food (breakfast & dinner). So i can recommend surely.

Great staff. Nor great location. Small rooms. Restaurant closed on Sunday and Uber eats doesn’t deliver as they say it’s too far away.

Pet friendly hotel, very nice staff, clean. Not close to the airport, 10 min taxi drive. I was able to check in early, appreciate that very much.

It surprised me when I saw the room with generous space. Very clean and well maintained. A great option to stay.

HOTEL IS NOT NEAR AIRPORT. Hotel was not near to airport as name suggests and no public commute directly to hotel. Infact had to pay almost 60€ for taxi to and fro to the airport. Would have got nearest hotel with this amount. Hotel didn't have any restaurant open for dinner. Nothing good nearby. Had to order in dinner as well. Just one person at reception, managing everything. So had to wait for check in. Was a very tiring night. Name of holiday inn airport hotel is misleading. As both holiday inn are called airport hotels. Breakfast was bad with not much options.

Rooms are very small. Little Space to move Within the room with your luggage inside the room. Little Space to Open the luggage bags. Very Expensive. No value for money.

I stayed here for 3 nights during a work event, CPHI Frankfurt. Hotel was very nice. Didn’t really talk to many staff whilst I was there though. When I arrived I was told the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages which was a bit annoying. Luckily there is a McDonald’s within a five minute walk so was able to get food no problem. They did serve a buffet breakfast though which was nice. Bed was comfy, room was a little too hot so I kept the window open most of the time to cool down.

Friendly and helpul staff. Nice rooms. Good food at the bar in the evenings. Nice quiet setting despite being in built up area.

Small but comfortable rooms. Easy, free parking all around. Very good breakfast, wide choices.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Everything was perfect. I forgot my wallet at the hotel. They delivered it to me with no problem. (Germany to Turkey) Rebecca vom Stein helped me a lot. My biggest thanks to him.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was that they offer an airport shuttle, however, when I asked the front desk staff about shuttle service, I was told that the shuttle was broken. No one let me know about the shuttle being broken upon check-in and I only found out about it once I asked about the shuttle service myself. They offered to schedule a taxi for me, but I then had to pay $30 for the taxi service. If I had known, I would have chosen a hotel closer to the airport and not this one. The restaurant was also closed because the entire staff was sick, which is beyond their control but add that to the fact that the shuttle was broken, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not book this hotel again in the future.

Rooms are reasonably sized and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good for it's price. The location is a bit odd; in a business park. The over all price is very affordable for Frankfurt and it is actually not far from the airport or the city centre.
