Horrible service.

It is undoubtedly a good cafeteria, I just stopped to refresh myself with a good frappe that are undoubtedly very good and during that time you could notice that it is one of the oldest chocolate shops in Switzerland.

Their hot chocolate was amazing! You get melted chocolate in a cup and a seperate decanter of hot milk so you can decide for yourself how strong you want it. Their pastries were also delicious (I had a escargot vanilla) but all of them looked amazing. The interior is a bit old but not too shabby. It was a bit weird that we needed to order the pastries at the counter and someone came to our table to take our drinks order.

I liked the hot chocolate. However, I didn't like that I had to pay to get food and then pay separately for the drinks. A bit weird. The sweets are good.

Best chocolat chaud in Neuchâtel ! Also look for croissant aux noix in the bakery, can't find anywhere else...

Best place to drink a delicious hot chocolate and eat some Sweets. Definitely love it !

Great place to have brunch. We had the omlette with ham and cheese and it was delicious!

Had a wonderful lunch, pastry and coffee here. The service was patchy (depending on who served at what time). It wasn't a problem for us to order our pastries in the shop, but a preferential order line would be useful. If you can't eat nuts check what pastries are suitable as many contain nuts in the pastry itself. Coffee (Ethiopian) was stunning!

I was really disappointed with the quality of their service.
