Food and prices are good, but the service is horrible. We asked a waiter to pack the food a child barely touched to go and he said to bring it to the counter and pack it ourselves. The audacity!!! We were regulars but now we'll never go there again.

Food are good, prices good, service just bad, but its not a restaurant, its a fast food It took 36min to get this order....

It was okay tbh Like i have eaten flafel and shawarma a lot in my life so ik what a good one taste like And i would say there ones are okay like i would eat it again but its not the best

Edit (Rating changed from 5 to 2) Been to the restaurant atleast 30 times in the last 2 years or so. Have noticed the constant decline in quality. I understand taste can vary a bit here and there, but what is unacceptable is the decline in quality. Today I was served cold Mandi rice with soggy salat and pickles. I mean soggy / cold food is just not done! Earlier comming Food is tasty but you must be prepared to wait forever!

I ordered 'Fahita'. The price was realistic and reasonable. Only 7.50€. The chef tried to do give the taste same like fahita style pizza. Overall it was good. The portion is also good enough for one person. The amount of fresh salad could be increased, i belive.

1 year ago the restaurant was always clean and the service was excellent even the food but since 6 month the restaurant quality is going back and the cleaning also the service are not that good otherwise the food is amazing

The food is good and fresh but the service in unorganised and allover the place. Which leads to a loud and non pleasent atmosphere.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. The appetizers were quite tasty and well-prepared, but the main course left something to be desired. The presentation was nice, but the flavors didn't quite come together as I had hoped. The service was good, but a bit slow at times. The atmosphere was pleasant and the ambiance was cozy, although the noise level was a bit high for my taste. Overall, I would say that the food was decent, but not outstanding. While I enjoyed some aspects of the meal, there were other parts that were disappointing. If I were to return to this restaurant, I would probably stick to the appetizers and skip the main course.

The staff is very friendly and polite. The seating area is cozy and inviting. The food is amazing, you should see the Crispy Chicken, KFC should take lessons from them. (PS: Try the arabic ice cream they have it's HEAVEN!)

Honestly, the worst Shawarma place I have been to. The rice had no taste, the meat was dry and hummus was not included! How do you serve a shawarma plate without hummus??!!!

Amazing falafel sandwich...fresh and perfect. I came all the way from Canada and found this most delicious sandwich. It looked like all the other food was great too. Well worth the trip from Canada. Thanks for a great lunch!

It’s always been my favourite to have quick bite on Arabisch gourmet. Ans they have never disappointed me. With reasonable Price, they accept both cash and card. :)

At least you can drink a cup of tea while you are waiting your order. Good service and good people.

I ordered Mandi rice, it was quite tasty and satisfying for 6 €.

I have been living in Duisburg for two years and this is my favorite place plus for my guest's too.

the waitress with the turban is just sooo surly and intimidating i feel like she would slap me on the face everytime she takes my order like can you please be more friendly… food is good and flavorful overall but it differs depending on the day also last time i went there the coleslaw was spoiled and completely inedible. Also blended juices aren’t so good.
